The contracted started Feb That is a photo/video that he sent us on March (email available and date per request) two weeks after I had been making complaints that the TV was constantly turned off the last visit I went to the car washI also talked to the owner of the carwash and have multiple Email's between *** *** myself and sunnymead carwash (***/***)Here is a sample of proof from *** *** agreeing with us that the TV was turned off and there is a dispute between the owner ***, manager *** and himself asking to turn the TV back on because there is a dispute between the carwash and *** *** was not paying the carwash so the carwash was turning the TV off daily for lack of payment for the TV rental space on the wallHere is a copy of that Email and I can also email you all my emails proving that *** is currently not telling the truth to Revdex.com

That to me is *** telling the manager/owner of the carwash to turn on the TVThats means the TV is OFF and I am not getting my paid advertising per our contract agreementWhat ever there dispute or agreement has nothing to do with my contract*** had a deal with the carwash if he was able to get clients to sign up for advertising on that TV that the carwash would get a cut of the deal (So, I was told the story) Since there is only of us that were advertising (Video available upon request) The owner/manager of the carwash kept the TV turned off and my commercial was not being advertised per our contractMy contract says my ad will run every seconds and repeat every minutesHow can that happen if the TV is constantly turned off on every occasion that I was thereTO ME! Even if the TV was off for one day that is still voiding the contract because my contract says it will run a slide show for seconds every minutes on a 32" TV
My contract also says they will make changes to ad up to once per month and none of my advertising slide shows have been changed from the original slide show in these photos

Even it was a estimated start date, He is still not advertising my company because the TV is turned off to his company not paying the carwash to turn the TV on, therefore I am getting NO advertising for days now monthsThe contract also says he would make changes once a month and I have not seen any changes during my contractIt also says if a new location is not secured a refund will be issued minus the graphic art fees even if they were originally waivedI have gotten no notification and confirmation that my advertising was moved to another locationWhen I asked him because he used this and excuse last time just like he lame excuse of estimated start date, he did not reply to me just like he is not replying to Revdex.com or me on what his public business license number is and current physical address is to serve him court papers for small claims courtWhat is the definition of "Estimated start"? one week one month? Who cares, the TV was constantly turned off so even if he did start on time, the TV was still turned off and my paid advertising was still not being displayed for lack of his rental agreement with the carwashwith the TV being turned off he is also violating his contract a third or fourth time by agreeing that my slide show advertising promotion of my company will be a second slide showIt says the slide show GUARANTEED to repeat every minutesThat's violation/voiding the contract as well because if the TV is turned OFF then it can't run for seconds every minutesIf the TV is turned off and he is not paying his rent to the carwash to have the TV on (proof in the Emails), Then he is not advertising my slide show and there for I am paying $for a blank/turned off TVI paid for advertising to be displayed on a turned on TV so people can see my advertising, I did not pay for the TV to be turned off and advertise so people can not see my ads
