Xpress Car Wash

I had taken my cars here several times without incident until the other day when I took my Camaro for a wash and the car wash ripped the antenna off. When I told the employees about the damage they brought me the detached antenna from the wash bay and apologized. When I asked what they were going to do about it they said they weren't responsible and pointed me to the small print on their signs. Asked for the manager, he wasn't in, so I left my number and ask that he call me. When we connected he apologized and said that there was nothing he could do as they weren't responsible for wipers, mirrors, bug shields, antennas, etc. I told him I was surprised that I wasn't even offered a refund and he said, "yeah they can't do that" so I said, "can you give me a refund" to which he said "no I'm not going to be able to refund your car wash". That's terrible customer service, the least they could have done was refund $7 to attempt to keep a customer.

Best part, if you read the fine print on the signs it states that they are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle but if your vehicle damages the car wash then you are responsible for the damage to the car wash facility.
