I purchased a used vehicle from Fareed Khalid and Xpress Cars Inc. in Early 2017 that seemed to be very well maintained. When I took the vehicle on a test drive, I noticed the vehicle did not blow cold air when the Air condition was turned on. Before buying the vehicle, Mr. Khalid gave me his word to fix the Air condition problem and filled the A/C unit with Freon before purchasing and told me to bring the vehicle back if the problem returns. After the first day of bringing the car home, the A/C unit returned to blowing hot air and I called Mr. Khalid immediately and let him know that the A/C was still not fixed and I scheduled an appointment to bring back the vehicle for servicing. At this point a properly trained mechanic should know that putting additional freon will not fix the problem. In most cases when this issue occurs, there is a leak in one of the lines or there is an issue with the condenser that needs to be looked at. On my second scheduled servicing, they left with my vehicle for about 3-4 hours and upon returning said the vehicle was fixed. Mr. Khalid was very vague as to what fixed the issue and seemed as if he did not want to go into details when I asked about what was done. He explained to me that if the vehicle has any more issues with the A/C to please bring it in and he will take care of it. when I brought the car home for the second time, the A/C unit returned expelling hot air after two days. When I called Mr. Khalid for the second time, he told me he would not do anything else to the car. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY GIVE BROKEN PROMISES EVENTHOUGH WE HAD AN ORAL AGREEMENT. The car was never properly diagnosed to understand the underlining issue as to how the fix the problem. Mr. Khalid does not live up to his word. Please save yourself the time and buy from someone with integrity.

Review: I have a [redacted] that I financed from this dealership. Unfortunately when I test drove it the car ran out of gas due to the gas gauge not working properly in which I wasn't told that. I was given a 3 month power train warranty that didn't cover basically anything. About 2 weeks later after getting the car I discovered oil and power steering fluid leaking. So I called and took it back up there they claim they fixed it. But he said his mechanic was a piece of crap he needed find a new one. So I took it too a shop where I lived and they charged me $450 to fix the value cover gasket and power steering pump. I called the bank I financed it through to get and extension to try get the car properly working because I was getting behind in my bills. A month lady I drove the car then another problem occurred. I took it back to the shop. The mechanic told me it was power steering pressure line hose. I spent $250 getting that put on. Now it's another problem , I'm just through with the car and the bank nor the dealership will not comply with me.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment back or a new car.

Bought 2 vehicles with 6 months of each other and come to find out neither will pass inspection. They should have never been sold and now I'm working with VA State Police to get this issue resolved. As far as I'm concerned I hope nobody buys any vehicle from here for the safety of those and their families that are seeking a vehicle.
