result of a computer crash. We were not aware that the glitch in the computer system that caused the program to re start had resulted in the merchant charges to be duplicated. We were given knowledge of this event from customers feedback and we promptly followed the proper chanels to resolve the issue correctly. We have been given notice as of 11.19.15 all charges were credited to each and every individual that was affected by such circumstances. I would advise the claimant to check with the bank to confirm if they have not already done so. Thank you.

One of the charges was refunded. I still have not received the other one in the amount of $31.89.

Please note that $45.22 has been credited to customers account on 11.19.15 auth #XXXXXX we are not protesting the dispute for credit of $31.89 as we confirmed customer was duplicated charge.

Xpress received notification of this complaint from the Revdex.com and immediately contacted the customer. A detailed voicemail message was left providing the bank telephone number and responsibility of the ATM as well as the direct telephone to the home office of XpressMart. I personally left the message...

on the phone line voicemail for "[redacted] residence" and asked to please call with any questions or concerns on 8-26-16. I have yet to get a response and assume resolution was made with the bank phone number I provided. And for the record the owner as well as Home office was unaware of this issue and nobody has ever spoke to a customer concerning any problem with the ATM.
