I recently did a barter with Mr*** and it was the worst decision I’ve made in some timeWe received a system from him that has been a royal pain in the a*s ever since it was installed! Mr*** does present himself in a very professional manner face-to-face, but once things go wrong he hides in his hole like a snakeTo make a long story short, Mr*** and I did our barter; after we gave our service to him he tried filing claim after claim, months after the factHe was trying to claim things that our service had nothing to do withNot that our alarm system was working rightWe had to call an outsider to fix the problem and get it up and running the way it was sold to us (NOT!)When we finally got Mr*** on the phone he kept whining about this is wrong and that is wrong with my service to him, just to get himself out of the hot seatHe tried to spin this on us and make us out to be the bad guysI got to working him up and talking to other customers of his and its the same story over and over againThere are the same complaints and either bad reviews or NO reviewsFor being in business 5-years you would think you’d have more reviews on the more popular sites like Yelps/Angie’s List, but bad reviews on ***+ and not accredited with the Revdex.com I should have done my homeworkCustomers BEWARE of Mr*** and Xpress Protection and Do Not do ANY barters/trades with him or even USE him or his company

I recently did a barter with Mr. [redacted] and it was the worst decision I’ve made in some time. We received a system from him that has been a royal pain in the a*s ever since it was installed! Mr. [redacted] does present himself in a very professional manner face-to-face, but once things go wrong he hides in his hole like a snake.
To make a long story short, Mr. [redacted] and I did our barter; after we gave our service to him he tried filing claim after claim, 3 months after the fact. He was trying to claim things that our service had nothing to do with. Not that our alarm system was working right. We had to call an outsider to fix the problem and get it up and running the way it was sold to us (NOT!). When we finally got Mr. [redacted] on the phone he kept whining about this is wrong and that is wrong with my service to him, just to get himself out of the hot seat. He tried to spin this on us and make us out to be the bad guys. I got to working him up and talking to other customers of his and its the same story over and over again. There are the same complaints and either bad reviews or NO reviews. For being in business 5-6 years you would think you’d have more reviews on the more popular sites like Yelps/Angie’s List, but bad reviews on [redacted]+ and not accredited with the Revdex.com I should have done my homework.
