This was a large job, about trees totalFirstly, their estimate was excellent, so they were our pick for the task The job required finesse as most of the trees were next to a perimeter wrought-iron fence and many other healthy trees and shrubbery needed to be spared during the tree removal process Their expert climbers removed these very mature, 60-year old ash trees without damage to the fenceline and hauled the lumber away, and also cut the wood and stacked it for later fireplace use Secondly, after their job was done, they left the grounds in better condition than it was prior to their arrivalI frankly have never seen anything like thisI am very impreesed with Bobby and James; they really are fine gents who are extremely can-do, efficient and are excellent communicators Their crew is professional and are obvious expertsOh, did I tell you that these guys are great!?!?! The guys from CDC worked with me and my neighbor to get some larger, dead trees removed from my property that were close to structures. They actually had to climb the trees and drop them limb by limb to avoid houses, patios and landscaping. They did a great job, were efficient, knowledgeable and took great care not to damage anything around them. I highly recommend them for this service.

Great company! They came out and gave me an estimate which was a great deal! Within a week, they removed my dead ash tree. They cleaned up after themselves and did the job as described. Very positive crew and professional. Would not hesitate a second to call them for repeat business.

In the past I always thought why pay someone to do what I can do but then met a great young man and thought Id give him a try. It was and is the best thing Ive done for my home. I can cut my grass but CDC made my grass into a yard.now I don't live in a million dollar home but CDC made it look like it (to me anyway). I plan on seeing CDC a lot. CDC came out during a busy day, gave me a good price on removing a dead ash tree. They removed the tree and cut into firewood lengths. Crew had clean and maintained vehicles, professional. I will hire them again for some more work.

The crew was quick as well efficient at maneuvering in limited space around obstacles such as a spa and lines to a street light. I was really impressed and highly recommend them to everyone.

I am very impressed with CDC Property Maintainence and who they contract out.
Their bid for painting was almost half of the other bids on Thumbtack.I was a little woried because of that but after talking with [redacted] (great name btw.) I felt more confident that I wouldn't get scammed.
I am very impessed with the pride the painers took of their workmanship.
They really seemed to care that I would be happy with the outcome so much so that when the two colors of the paint that I supplied didn't look anything like it did in store they encoureged me to go back and get the paint I had envishioned.

I had two 25'-30' ash trees in my backyard that were dying and causing problems in my yard. After deciding that I would have them taken out, I did a search for top rated tree service companies in the Dayton area. CDC Property Maintenance LLC was on the list of top 25 in Dayton. So I gave them a call.

I spoke with Bobby who was very professional, courteous and willing to work around my schedule. He came out at the designated time and gave me a great quote. I wanted to check around and had a company which my neighbors used in the past give me a quote. I had to wait a week for the other company to come out and when they arrived I felt pressured b/c they wanted to do the work right then and could only match the price CDC gave me.

I then decided to stick with CDC and I am very glad I did! Bobby's willingness to wait for my timing and work with me on the quote was a huge selling point for me. When I arrived to see the work they had done, I couldn't have been more impressed! My yard is pretty muddy but they were able to keep the yard clean and even perfectly cut and stacked all the wood for me to use in my fire pit!

I will be using them in the future for other projects around my house as they do more than just tree service. I will also definitely be telling my family and friends in the future whenever they have work that needs done around their house.
