Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They never once said it did not start .. They ran a diagnostics on it and told me the plug and coil would fix the car . When I picked it up they said you need a new engine .. After they realized they didn't fix my problem but made it worst ...
Regards,
[redacted]

Dear Sirs,[redacted] was towed into our repair facility with a note that it "starts and runs buthas no power".When our ASE Certified mechanic went out to attempt to diagnose the customers issue the vehicle did notstart or...

run. Therefore the first order was to get the vehicle to start and run and then diagnose the no power issue. Mymechanic found a spark plug had blown out of the cylinder head and the ignition coil was bad. The customeragreed to the initial repairs replacing the ignition coil and heli-coil the spark plug back into the cylinder head Inorder to get the vehicle to start and run so that further diagnosis could be completed. Now the vehicle is at a point that it starts and runs but the oil light stayed on and the motor had obviousinternal damage. We recommended that the customer replace the engine and they declined. We further informed the customer that the vehicle would not make it far and that we recommended that theyhave it towed and they declined and chose to drive away from our facility. As predicted tlie vehicle did notmake it far and they broke down again. We are very sorry for the customers' situation however we did everything we could to help. I understand thatthe customer did not want to replace the engine due to the fact that the vehicle has 214,200 miles on it.Unfortunately we cannot diagnose a vehicles problem if it's not running.

Review: My engine is now blown and I asked them to fix the problem which they ran and charged me a test onDesired Settlement: I want my money back so I can get my son a second hand car
