Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Thanks for all your help in this matterI just want to tell you, that The statement about the description that the companies is given you, it's just untrue The taxi was not a taxi meter" As.they are saying.The taxi, has not a meter my son sayYou have my permission to ask my son, if you wish.My son say, the cab, was a regular taxi, with no meterBeside that,--- you can ask to any cab, company in the Bronx county that the distance between the school to, our home, Nobody charge $dollars, for that distance.I was talking, with another cab, driver about this bad experience and he strongly recommend me, to report the taxi, or CAB-company to service TAXI, and Limodirector.Once again, they are untruful And the just protecting their company saying such a big lies.Was not a meter Cab, my son took, to come home, that day.Thank you for all your help I hope to hear from you againBecause people like that enjoy, take advantages, of the ingenuity of the kids.If they can do that, and no one stop them, it seems that they can do much moreIf no one tell them they are in wrongly and pretty bad, behave.Thanks again for all your help In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer took a GREEN taxi, which runs by METERWe, Xpress Transport Service, have no control over the meter and are not responsible for how, and what, the meter chargesIf a customer calls our base, we have a flat rate that trumps the meter, but if the customer hails the taxi from the street, then whatever the meter says is the cost is what the customer must payAgain, the meter is outside of our control
