Review: First off, I have been a long, loyal member of xpressbet, spending thousands a week. My account # is [redacted]. On August 16, 2014, I made a wager on Ellis park race 8 $200 win 1 (which I repeated 4 times), and the software gave me saratoga race 8 instead. I was supposed to collect, $8500 from this wager, and instead, I got nothing. I never have made a mistake with my wagers before. There has to be some type of error. I had Ellis program up and clearly made the wager on #1 horse at Ellis and repeated it 4 times. Instead it gave me saratoga race 8. When I just logged in, expecting my balance to be $8500, it reads $0. I have thus contacted [redacted] to stop my pending deposits I had with Xpressbet, until we can get this resolved. I have been emailing [redacted] ;[redacted] ;Xpressbet Customer Care; all of whom have not worked out a resolution regarding this issue. Now I am being contacted saying I owe $2900 for deposits that have not cleared, yet Xpressbet is not taking responsibility for the wagers that were made in error using their software. I have proof these wagers were made with Ellis Park and not for Saratoga. I also have been in contact with a lawyer who has spoke to the racing commission regarding this. Keep in mind, I was a loyal customer of xpressbet and never once had one problem. I would like to continue using your company and I am hoping we can make a resolution and move forward. I would be willing to show my appreciation for your company by wiping the slate clean. The $8500 I would have won for the $2900 you say I owe. If you can cancel out the $2900 you say I owe, and reopen my account, I would be willing to look at this incident as a one time mistake on your software. Otherwise, not only would you lose a loyal customer, you also lose my business. I still bet thousands a week, and I am hoping I use xpressbet for my wagers in the future, and we can look past this. As I put a stop payments on my pending deposits with [redacted] for the deposits I had pending that day with XPressbet, as I informed your staff I would like to work out a resolution before this money cleared. For instance, if you reopen my account and say look we are both even now, I would be willing to look pass the $8500 I would have won and continue to use your company.

Xpressbet, LLC (’’Xpressbet”) researched the issue Mr. [redacted] brought forth; there were no technical errors or other patron complaints of this nature. There is no other explanation to his complaint other than “user error”.

Xpressbet has offered Mr. [redacted] $1500 relief from the $3150 he owes due to failed funding. This offer is strictly to retain Mr. [redacted] as a customer. He has yet to accept this offer therefore Mr. [redacted]s account will remained locked until his debt is paid.

As for Mr. [redacted]’s complaint that the website failed, it is unwarranted.

It seems that Xpressbet has begun holding some winnings for 7-10 days. When I complained about some money I had won on a Saturday not being available for withdrawal by the following Tuesday I received the following email from them:
"Thank you for contacting Xpressbet. It is Xpressbets’ policy to ensure each deposit has cleared both your bank and our bank before funds are made available for withdrawal. This is done because Xpressbet is advancing funds to your account until the deposit clears. Any funds over the amount of the deposit, such as monies from winning wagers, will be available for immediate withdrawal. This clearing process can take 7-10 business days. After reviewing your account, I saw that the deposits were made on September 12, 2015, this means the funds will be available for withdrawal no later than September 25, 2015. If you are unable to withdraw on September 25, 2015, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you would like to expedite this process you are always welcome to send in a copy of your bank statement that shows the funds have cleared with your bank."
I responded that if a bank can clear money within a few days why can't they?

Review: had problem depositing ,finaly deposit went thru and then I placed a bet and then my account was locked after 2 calls to reopen account I see my original bet niot in my account after 3 rd and 4th call to get help nothing to busy to help not my problem supervisor will get back in 72hrs.....this is not right when there is money on he line need to take care of on the day not after the horse has boltedDesired Settlement: would like company to put bet back into system it was a pick 5 with 1 leg run would like to have been able to follow the remainder of the ticket win or loose ,,,but cannot speak till after the race day want follow up call from company at least

Review: On May 7,2016, I used the xpressbet.com service to fund my account. I used the xpressfund site and selected the GreenDot @ the Register funding option, and used it to fund my account for $262.00. I received a receipt, but the funds never appeared in my account. I called xpressbet, and they told me to verify with GreenDot.com. After a week of talking and sending information to GreenDot corp office (I have a Revdex.com case number with them), I was told that my receipt was valid and that they followed up on the transation, which shows a successful transation to [redacted], and to follow up with xpressbets.com. I am at a loss because xpressbets has told me over the phone that it is not their problem, even though I used the suggested funding option through their site and GreenDot has now told me the funds successfully made it through to them (or were routed through them to [redacted]). Please help. All I want to do is to receive a refund or to have the amount successfully added to my account like I intended in the first place. I have all the documentation (receipt, Revdex.com case number, GreenDot case number, etc.).Desired Settlement: As noted, first preference is funds ($262.00) added to my xpressbet.com account like I intended. If not possible, I would like my $262 refunded, and the $4.95 service fee as well since the service was not delivered. Thanks.

Review: bet and won $230, only collected $130. They issued $125 "promotional credits" and said those must be used before you can have balance of winnings. Once you use the credits, they then claim the $100 original winnings are now credits and what you bet was actually your money not credits.. Force you to bet credits you didn't want then if you lose those, they say nope you be your winnings. I wanted to bet once.. I won once, but was never allowed to have my winnings. Complete and utter SCAM.Desired Settlement: I don't expect to ever see my $100 but do wish to warn other consumers about this website scam.

The fact that Ms. [redacted] cannot withdraw funds that she won is a false statement. Any Xpressbet customer that wins on a wager is immediately entitled to withdraw the winning amount. However, Ms. [redacted] was prohibited from withdrawing the promotional monies that Xpressbet added to her account. This is addressed in the Terms and Conditions of this specific promotion. Review: When I first open account I never received my promotion playback I fill out the paper work on line then I was told that at sign up I didn't do it finally on Sunday july24 I call at 1143 am and was told to wager another100 dollar after I already wager ova900.00 that I would receive my 100 dollars playback well I call back on wed. July28 told that I wasn't going to received it and customer service said and I. Quote we can help u any longer I would have never sign up if not for promotion I hate I did very bad company

Review: I had a problem using their mobile betting system. I bet on a horse race on my mobile phone and for some reason it only limits you to $250. So I placed $250 to show on the # 8 horse at Santa Anita Race#8 on 4/25/15. Since it only allowed $250 I had to placed 3 separate transactions. I bet $250 show #8, $250 show #8 and $100 show #8. At all times the confirmation screen showed the accurate bets on #8 race #8. After race, I should have had balance of $1,320 instead I had a balance of zero. When I pulled it up on my home computer it shows $250 to win on #1, $250 show on #1 and $100 to show on #1. I didn't bet win at all and all my bets were on #8. I sent an email that moment to Xpressbet explaining the issues as I have been a customer many years. They ignored it and could care less. After researching online I see this glitch happens quite often with them and they don't seem bothered to do anything about it. At least they should warn people not to place wagers on mobile devices if this happens. I stopped payment on my deposit since what I purchased was not what it was described to be and it appears that it may be fraudulent activity on their part depending on their knowledge of the glitch.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount I am entitled to which is the $1,320. I enjoy their service and would like to continue using it but I would never trust using on a mobile device again.

I am a xpressbet costumer I use it 3-4 times a week cause I live 40 miles away from the racetrack, the [redacted]. it's a horrible way to be treated by this company when your spending your heard earn money though them, I have got absolutely nothing in promotions though xpressbet not that I want anything for free ha but I watch tv and they have odds bonus and cash back promotions, xpressbet nothing in fact they charge me to make bets!? haha, the ppl that work there where on earth did yo find these ppl they have to be the worst tellers on earth, btw I try using the voice recognition. but by the time it finally gets one bet correct one hr goes by ha, but they are the most depressing ppl and miserable they sound like their talking from a funeral home and like their doing you a favor and your spending their money haha they constantly get my bets wrong. it's sad that I'd rather travel 80 miles both ways just to make bets instead of making a few phone call, I complained but nobody listens and then the ppl running xpressbet complains about losing business soo in a nut shell I wouldn't recommend this business to nobody!
