Review: After settling a loan on 8/30/13 in the amount of $100.00 my checking account was debited $75.00 on 9/16/13 in error. I contacted the company on 9/17/13 regarding this error and spoke with a [redacted] who in turn spoke with the accounting department regarding a refund. I then received a call from a [redacted] who requested a detailed bank statement showing the withdrawal. I then faxed the requested documents. I then called again on 9/20/13 and was told that the refund was being processed. To date I have not received the refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $75.00 debited in error.

Review: Making principal payments does not seem to truly lower your balance in any way. The loan fee is only dropped by a few dollars. They use the loan fee as a way to milk a person for extra money. I have made almost $170.00 in principal payments on a loan of $750 plus the interest fee it's $983. And on Jan 15, 2014 a payment of $244.92 will be deducted on a balance of $667.97 which only $44.53 will be placed on the actual balance, leaving 623.24. The loan fee is currently $200.39, and after this payment is made it will still be more than $170. Which should not be allowed. When I agreed to this I thought the loan fee was going to be less than $150. It started out at $225. It is really a shame that honest people who have been caught up in jams can't seem to find honest help. The customer service people told me through an email that they could not send me the paperwork I was requesting because they don't keep it. I am only really contacting them because I thought they would have been fair since I have been told by other people that some loan companies are not suppose to even loan money or use excess interest rates in certain states. Are they allowed to do this in the state of TennesseeDesired Settlement: I want them to stop taking any more money out of my account because they have actually received over $730 once they receive this payment we should be done.
