I am rejecting this response because: I would never purposely try to ruin someone’s businessNor would I ever post fake picturesThe pictures above are after I got my hair done by JimI asked for a refund and yes he offered to fix my hairI gave him another chance to make things rightThe picture with the red shirt is after I went to him a second time and it was still messed upAt that point I wouldn’t trust his services that he offers at his businessI asked him for my money back and he thinks nothing is wrongI had an expired GrouponHe has no choice whether or not I could have used thatI took that up with Groupon and they gave me a $voucher to use at his salonI still payed $out of pocket for this haircut and color which were not what I thought I’d be receiving from someone whose been doing hair for over yearsMy hair is ruined and I’m having to pay someone to fix itAll I want is my money backI’m having to pay more money to get my hair fixed because of Jim

At Xpressions we strive for excellence as for this complaint I’m Jim the owner and with this specific sitiation this young women had an expired Groupon for a manicure and a pedicure and she asked if she could still use it I said that it still had its value and so I let her use it on a balayage which
is dollars so dollars off made it then she tipped me her hair was beautiful I worked hard for two hours when she left I told her if there was issues to contact me on Sunday two days later she texts and complained, I had her immediately come in on Monday and when she came in she had had a girlfriend put Sally’s haircolor on her hair so I nicely still fixed whatever issue was with the cut percent perfect ,and as for the color I still used more color and fixed it for her as a professional I wanted her happy she left happy again then plus weeks later she starts attacking me on social media posting fake pics and complaints demanding her money back and threatening me with bad reviews I stated she could not get a refund for a service but I could fix her her hair again for free or she could have a salon voucher the young lady omen the had of her friends who have never come to my salon start demeaning my salon and warning people about my work and my business I have an impeccable clientele who loves be me and are always happy to work things out this young women had been rude vulgar and never once was I rude I will not be bullied into refunds or except any bad review from her I can’t delete reviews on google yelp or here but I reported them ? !!! Thank you and I hope this young women finds peace of a mind?
