This Gym is great if you never need assistance. I love the location and the fact it is open 24/7 and I would recommend it to anyone who is 100% self-sufficient and willing to let any issue or problem go without expecting a resolution or service. I have had issues in the past with my key card, driving to the gym in the morning before work and being unable to get in. The first time I called about it I did receive a call back. The 2nd and 3rd time no one bothered to reach out to me. I let this go and my key card has fortunately worked without issue lately. At the end of the year I needed a print out of what I paid for my health insurance reimbursement. No one got back to me on that after multiple calls so I had to print, white out and sift through 12 months of bank statements for this instead of getting a 1 page letter. Not the end of the world so I let this go as well. Now, I went into the gym to update my monthly EFT checking account information 22 days ago and was told it was all set. It was not. They pulled my monthly payment from my old account yesterday. I was waiting on one last auto insurance payment to pull from it before I could close it. My auto insurance bounced because of this resulting in NSF fees from my bank and my auto insurance company who will now want to remove me from EFT and place me on direct bill including bill fees every month moving forward. Potentially a very costly issue for me over something as simple as telling me it may pull from the old account instead of telling me it was all set. If history holds I don't expect a call back on this either even though I have called, left a message and dropped off a letter. Great Gym. Terrible service.
