each unit to communicate the change. On March 24, 2016 a new Property Management company took over the units and I have not been in contact with any of the tenants since. I am extremely sorry for the hassle that you have had to deal with Ms. [redacted] but I can assure you that my company has nothing to do with your refund or exchange issues. When I left as Property Manager, I can say there were pending work orders and those were handed off to the new company. Although I can not provide you with any financial relief, I can provide you with a bit of knowledge that I have. Mr. [redacted] is your property manager and not the owner. I spoke to him as we exchanged lease agreements, keys and other information. I have not had any communication with [redacted] and do not know what her role is in the business.
