This company does not respond to customer inquiries related to in-game item purchases. Several times I have tried to buy gems for a game called Smite (for which they are North America's payment processor) and every time my purchase has been declined.
They have two support contacts - Live Chat and E-mail. I have attempted to resolve my issue through live chat 5 times now and have NEVER received a response. I have submitted an email to Xsolla Customer Support explaining my situation but again have never heard back.
