Responded to an ad I seen on craigslist from American pride for storage container . Everything started off good until they received my money. We set up a delivery time which was two weeks I drove five hours to my farm in West Virginia from Ohio to prepare the site it was supposed to be delivered on a Monday and as of Wednesday no container. [redacted] made excuse after excuse after excuse saying he had no idea why it wasn't there he actually told me from the beginning that it would be there for sure on the Monday. Couldn't get Grant the salesman to return my calls not one person. I gave [redacted] 2 weeks to make it right and it never happened. He would say I'll find out and call nope I had to call him. The worst experience in business I've ever had. So if your smart you will stay away from this company. With social media the way it is today you're a fool to treat customers in this way . I have since then found a great business and they delivered the product that I wanted at the time that they said they would and it was an excellent experience I would highly recommend you do your legwork and read up on these businesses as of American pride Industries because there is a lot of good companies out there and a lot of bad companies. Our company, [redacted] Co. hauls containers for American Pride Industries all over the mid-west and Texas. We have been hauling for him for over 3 years with no issues. Our invoices are paid within 1-7 days of delivery. It may take up to a day sometimes for the owner to get back with us with a phone call. BUT, he always replies and takes care of the business at hand.
