Xtensions

Review: I believe this business, Xtensions is a fraud. I prepurchased a voucher for eyelash extensions on [redacted]. The business does not have a legitimate phone number, they use an answering service. It takes several days for them to return your call. they will not call you only text. I finally scheduled an appointment and when I showed up, the place was closed and no one was there. they apologized that they had a prior commitment and could not make the appt. I was very upset, but rescheduled another appt. I showed up 15 mins early for my apt and the doorman told me that no one was there. once again, the place was closed. I waited 20 mins, after calling several times, no one answered, finally the answering service answered and was completely useless. I finally got in touch with someone and once again, they "could not make my scheduled appointment". people like this should not be given business licenses. it appears I am not the only one "duped" by this company. after this incident I checked [redacted], to see that I am not the only one who had a horrible experience with this alleged business.Desired Settlement: I want a full cash refund for the $79 that I prepaid.
