8/3/017    -    I will contact Mr. [redacted] this afternoon and see what the issue is with her window. If we were given proper measurements and a window didn't get ordered I will apologize and see that her window is taken care of.

I purchased doors from [redacted] at Don Jensen sales. They were shipped to our vacation home. After inspection from our contractor there were problems with cracked Jams and one of the doors was warped.

He sent photos of the damage and I was told to submit an invoice. After much back and forth, my contractor repaired the doors and we submitted the invoice. I was originally told that after the payment was received from the credit card company I would be reimbursed for the repairs. I am now being told that I am trying commit some kind of fraud, and that I would not be receiving any compensation for the repairs. [redacted] is rude and her customer service is unlike any I have ever experienced.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The doors were shipped late and they were not up to the standard we expected.
