I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meExcept I may add that the item stopped working before they said it was broken! There were cases that both stopped working and that is why they were sent back in the first placeI appreciate Sam's understanding of all this!

Hello ***, All responses from XTND are about their Return policyThere is no mention of their WARRANTY, or the lack of such warrantyMy main complaint against them in this case was their refusal of warranty repairs / returns; the battery case I purchased from XTND is broken with less than weeks of usage. From XTND MsKathy L***’s response & their FAQ page: Once the battery case works we are no longer responsible for any issues with the case unless we are notified within hours of receiving the case. XTND customer service have been sticking to this 48-hour return window policy with my requestHowever, they have been MUTE when inquiring about their warranty coverage. In other words, they are implying a hour / DOA(Dead on Arrival) warranty against their productsOther battery case manufacturers have a page dedicated to the warranty of their products. *** * *** * *** * ***
Is there any consumer protection laws in the state of Pennsylvania that requires sellers / manufacturers to provide some sort of warranty against workmanship defect of their products? I would not expect a refund of the cost of the battery case, I am not going to buy anything from this company anymoreI would like to warn other consumers, and see them explicitly state on their website that they DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY COVERAGE on their products.
