THIS CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY WITH THEPRICE AND THE JOB UNTIL UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE AND OTHERISSUES WE ARRIVED A FEW DAYS LATE .WE GAVE HER DOLLARS OFF AT PICKUP AND ANOTHER AT DELIVERY OFF AND STILL WE COULDNT MAKE HER HAPPY.WE TOOK OFF THE BULKY FEE FOR THE PIANO AND STILL SHE WANTED TOO MUCH OFF ,WE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REACH AN AGREEMENT BT SHE REFUSES TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The firm has done nothing to alleviate our pain and suffering.They have not tried to reach us.We received our stuff with many broken items like our glass plates, furniture and our flat screen tv.This company is a fraud.Some of our items are missing including my fiancees laptop and step ladder amongst other things.please prevent this company from wreacking havoc on other people Regards, [redacted]

THIS CUSTOMER WANTS TO RECEIVE FULL REPLACEMENT INSURANCE WHEN THEY ONLY PAID FOR LIABILITY IN ADDITION WWE GAVE THEM IN DISCOUNTS FOR US BEING LATE AND THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ANYTHING WE TRY TO DO TO FIX THE SITUATION THEY JUST WANT THE MOVE FOR FREE AND WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF LOSING MONEY WE PROVIDE THE BASIC LIABILITY INSURANCE AND THAT IS ALL THEY ARE ENTITLED TOO YET I STILL OFFERED THEM MORE THAN THE INSURANCE FOR THE MINOR DMAGES THEY HAD BUT TO NO AVAIL WILL THEY WORK WITH US

I am rejecting this response because: The owner of this company Adam C*** has no regard and respect for people not o talk of his customers.They are liars and thieves.The last time Adam C*** called my fiancee he was cursing and screaming over the phone at her(earlier today).He said he wasnt paying nothing and that we can go to hell.He said we keep fussing about our damaged goods and reporting to the Revdex.com like they will help us....I have nothing more to say at this point

To whom it may concern: This letter is to confirm that xtra mile  moving and storage has refunded [redacted] his deposit of $500.00 . I have been personally dealing with [redacted] and he has confirmed the return of his deposit but requested a letter in writing stating we will not dispute...

it with his credit union.Sent the letter out on Friday August 25, 2017  and spoke to [redacted] this morning but he has not received it yet once he does he has agreed to call the Revdex.com and remove the complaint.We are eager to resolve any complaints that we have as soon as possible. Thank you Adam C[redacted] Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because: 1. The company, "Xtra Mile Moving and Storage" lost 9 boxes (please see the attachment).  I did not hear from the company about this issue so far.  The owner of the company mentioned that they tried to contact with me numerous times, but that is not true.  If he did, he should provide his trying.  2.  They measured my household goods incorrectly on purpose. When it was measured correctly, it was only 445 cubic feet instead of 770 cubic feet.  They charged 325 cubic feet extra.  Additionally, the owner of the company gave me an estimate in amount of $1,286.25.  On September 10th, 2017, the owner sent his movers who changed the price to $3,500. I called the owner and he said that he will send another group and the price will be locked in with $2,600.   On September 11th, 2017, another group of movers came and asked for $3,150.  I called the owner and he said that I should just go with $3,150 without giving me any reason.  3. The owner (also a senior coordinator) was very intimidating to deal with since he was always yelling and using "F" over the phone in addition to not responding to texts/calls.  3.  The day of delivery, the company driver asked me to find more movers since he only had one helper to unload.  That was the reason the owner of the company gave me $100 discount which I had to pay extra helpers who I found.  4. On the day of pick up, the dispatcher signed a contract indicating the delivery will be made in 3-5 days (Please see the attachment).    So far, the company has not contacted me regarding my complaints including missing 9 boxes.  They have been laying with the cost of moving and delivery schedule. It was impossible to communicate with this company.  I am really worried that my boxes (9) will not be found.  Those are all valuable items including childhood picture albums, diplomas, research items for my job, and etc.

we did indeed give her 200.00 in discounts for being late which was out of our control and we have explained to customer she is entitled to $0.60 per lb per article and we even offered her a lil more than the insurance to make her happy but she id not willing to accept it I cannot give her more than she paid for. She has been a difficult customer from the begginning we even voided the bulky fee for her piano
