I ordered Dodge Durango High-Energy LED replacement headlights for $on 12-15-with free shipping of 3-delivery days promise I received the lights 01-04- One of the headlights was defective I tried to get a replacement light and was told I had to have the bulb and ballast tested by a mechanic at my expense and I was expected to ship it at my expense as well I was told that after they received the defective part, they would test it again & if they found it to be defectivethey would send me another light bulb or ballast I refused to follow that process because I am driving around without a working headlight nor do I believe that I should have to pay a mechanic to test their defective product & to install it when they send the replacement
They finally agreed to send me a bulb and ballast if I paid a $deposit I paid the $deposit to have a bulb and ballast shipped to me on 4-7-and my credit card has been charged On 4-7-16, I was told the light bulb and ballast would ship on 4-8- As of today, 4-25-16, I have not received any product and I have not received a phone call or email from xtralights regarding this product I called on 4-25-to track the shipping of the product, and I was told that there was a slight back order on the item and that the product would ship today I feel like I am being lied to and I feel like the product will not arrive They got the payment for the original order and they have also received the payment for the deposit towards the defective merchandise This company lacks customer service and follow through This company is taking payments for products that they do not ship out as promised After multiple phone calls and complaints to this company, I am still highly disgusted and will not recommend this company to anyone I was told by one of the reps that the owner lives in China and the only people I could talk to was the same people I had been talking to....the customer service individual who did not care When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was informed by the person on the phone that she was the supervisor and there was no one else to speak to This matter is still unresolved and I am out $+ installation

Bought headlights from Xtralights and got them in [redacted]- car was in garage for almost 2 months-
barely used car and when I drove it this week I noticed condensation in the drivers side headlight.
Called customer service and was told the 90 day warranty expired and there is nothing they can do
regardless of whether the car was used or not.

The customer service is non-existent. I had purchased a set of headlamps and one was defective. I finally got an RMA and returned the item. After 5 weeks I still haven't received a refund. I've called a dozen times and can never get anyone on the line.
I spent 40 minutes on a live chat without getting my refund. I submitted 3 separate online requests without a refund. I finally called my bank and submitted a fraud claim. Thank you Bank of America for accepting this claim.

"Ordered a headlight bracket for my son's car. Site said it was "In Stock" and that it usually ships within 24 hours. The following day, the site said "adding item(s) to shipment". Later that day, it changed to processing. Tried to use the "LIVE" chat feature and sat there for 30 minutes with absolutely NO response. I called customer service and was told that it was 24-48 hours after it started processing, which could be more than 24 hours. The next day, I tried to use the LIVE chat feature again and was banned. Apparently, I am not allowed, as the consumer, to be upset. Called customer service again and was told that I would be provided a tracking number "when it was available". Logged on to a different browser and used the LIVE chat feature again. This time someone answered. I was then told that the item was being ordered from the manufacturer and would not be shipped til the following week on Wednesday. So, I promptly filed a dispute with PayPal as I realized they were trying to rip me off. Once they realized I filed a dispute with PayPal, they retaliated and canceled my order. I also filed a dispute with my bank as a bulk of my payment came out of our bank account. This company [redacted] has ZERO customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! This is a follow-up to my original post. Contacted xtralights yesterday and spoke with "Grace" if that is even her real name. Was told that she would personally refund me by the end of business yesterday. My dispute with PayPal is now escalated to a claim. They tried and tried to get me to cancel my claim with PayPal, knowing that if I did that, I would have no recourse to get my money back. I literally laughed at her. I informed her that I have dealt with PayPal for some 18 years now and the only reason they want me to cancel my claim is so they can keep my money. I told her I also knew that PayPal has already placed a hold on those funds in their account. Oh and it gets better. You see the claim of winning the Stevie Award in 2014 and 2013? Well.....we contacted the Stevie Awards as they are located in our state. Not only did they NOT win ANY award, the Stevie Awards have never heard of them and they are nowhere to be found in their system. We are going to report them to the California Attorney General as well as the Canadian authorities. [redacted] Word to the wise: DO NOT CANCEL YOUR CLAIMS WITH PAYPAL! Once you do, the matter is resolved and you will have ZERO recourse and will lose your money. Take screen shots of your order pages and keep ALL copies of emails exchanged with them. [redacted]
