I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached some communication between me and owner Richard Yowell, The contract was agreed upon was 2-weeks, The new contract was days for fence and 3-days for shedI never said that I was dissatisfied for the deck I stated it was not completed, materials was just left, after 2-months of not getting any service from Mr.Richard I could not understand, how this business do what they want when they get ready, we had a contract and it was broken, He need to make some arrangement to reimburse me my money
This complaint is based on half truths, and accusations,There was ( ) large Tree that was taken down and completely removed, Then ( ) other Trees, that was not even on the contract,,,, one of those beside the house that was totally removed, and another by a power pole in front of the house,Then there was more than a dozen stumps that was entirely removed being grinded down with a Stump Grinder, and All the chip and wood chippings was hauled away, which enede up being ( ) truck loads, and that was not included in the contract We tried to comprimise and come to mutual ground to where this matter could be resolved, but was only talked down to, and slammed with vulgar language, which I find is childish and very unprofessional, This Matter can be resolved, and We agree to refund a partial amount of the money paid, but have no desire to have a physical meeting , so will use the Postal service, to resolve this matter, just as stated And the name of the business is Xtreem Tree, Timber, and Landscape, which is in the middle of merging and being taken over by a new owner, Then the name will change,

I could list a thousand things about this complaint,.... Because to start with, you dont have to be a licensed contractor to get on the *** site,and upon meeting Mrs *** ***, never once did she ever, ask for, or request to see any licenses, or any documents, to show
that any business was licensed or registered in North Carolina,....or anywhere else as far as that goes,.. the instant we met it was a complaint about work that was previously done by another handyman, that she thought she had met of a website,In the beginning, the work consisted of doing a Fence Install,.....the later, after we showed up on the job, the first time, and they saw how fast, and how we had cleaned up, and put their entire chainlink fence, tore down, loaded up, and hauled away the first day of work,... And at that time, We notified her of problems with the deck, of how it was not safe,...and would be a danger to her and her family, then at that time we agreed on a contract for more work, which also added more money,...So then the next time We showed up on the job, We arrived onsite with most of the materials to fix All the problems and dangers in volved in the deck itself,which involved tearing out All the handrails around the entire deck, removed the steps, and Also had to set completely around the perimeter of the deck, and also for the steps,which the setting of the posts took a days work by themselves, because being at the perimeter of the deck had to be All dug by hand,and they were installed and set in concrete,...So as you can see and read it was much more than days work, Mrs *** met us more than twice, herself, and her husband met us on more than one occassion,..many times when We were on the property, noone was home at all,...We are more than glad, to go back and complete All the work agreed to,for the amount of money agreed to,...and she talked about not having ways to contact us, which is not true,..as she emailed us almost every day,..and sent many text, which I will be glad to provide, and I personally have tlaked to her many times on the phone, and also talked to her husband also,But as stated I will finish the work as agreed
