Of course your air conditioning never breaks until it's 119* outsideI got home from work today and my air conditioning wasn't making a peep I called Xtreme Air based on a recommendation from a friend I got a hold of them and they got a service technician routed to me almost immediately*** showed up within hour, he was friendly and very professionalIn probably minutes or so he got my unit back up and coolingBut he didn't just stop there, he then did a full unit inspection on my equipment and gave me feedback on how the unit was performing overall, along with recommendations to keep it lasting as long as possibleNo high-pressure sales, no trying to sell me unnecessary parts, just straight up honest serviceI would highly recommend Xtreme Air to anyone! A++, Thank you!

I was impressed with the willingness of the company to accommodate my schedule I was out of town when I needed service through my home warranty company I needed service again on another AC unitThe warranty company assigned me to another company that didn't return my callsI spoke the the receptionist at Xtreme Air, changed the warranty assignmentThey came to fix the unit the next day! Merchant charged times charges incorrectly, two of which were under warranty and the third was a double charge
Very dishonest merchant that I will no longer use
He also installed a lemon Air conditioner that keeps breaking
Originally he installed it and charged $though it was under the fidelity company who also paid him
Second time charged for a blower when unit was under warranty which he admitted making a mistake,third time double charged.will not provide credit to my credit card

Customer is disputing charges back from 2009, that has nothing to do with the original caseCustomer is not satisfied with the air conditioner that her home warranty provided her with on 7/9/Xtreme Air, Inconly installed the unit, we did not purchase the equipment, home warranty orders all of equipment and partsAfter further research, we did find that on 12/21/12, Xtreme Air, did charge for a part that was under warranty. Customer and I spoke on 1/17/17, Xtreme Air, will refund customer $for the part under warranty on 12/21/Refund will be made once the case is closed with the credit card company, on 2/13/

I brought Xtreme Air in a second opinion after another company during a "tune up" said my system was going out and pushed for a new system. The technician with Xtreme Air came out and showed my numbers were fine and just cleaned the unit. He could have sold me a unit or large repair and didn't. I am very pleased and would recommend them.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the professionalism from the folks at xtreme air. I have used [redacted] and when my AC failed, for the third time in 7 months, [redacted] referred xtreme air. I have been skeptical of most warranty vendors but they were thoroughly professional, did the job, did NOT bad mouth it's predecessor vendors, explained the problem in language I could understand and solved a problem that was never adequately solved in the past.[redacted] and his associate showed up on time, did their best work and returned my AC to tip-top shape.I would totally recommend them to others who use them.I'm a NY-er so I demand superior service and they did NOT let me down. Whether they are referred by a warranty company or you find them on your own, you won't be disapointed. Thanks, xtreme air.!
