X Treme Air Services replaced my old A/C system back in the summer of Since then the new Trane system is performing well and providing me with a nice cooled environment together with a considerable saving on my energy bill The technicians were very courteous , knowledgeable and did the work in less than a day I highly recommend X Treme Air to take care of all your A/C needs

Joseph @ Xtreme Air Services, diagnosed the problem--(refrigerant leak--which the other a/c company that I had called twice in the last year didn't even mention + Freon low) he gave me options from temporary to long-term, that fit in my current budget The option that I chose was a temporary solution, (as I prepare to save for the long term solution)He gave me the pros and cons of my option, and made no promises since it wasn't the long-term option he thought bestHe said that I could call if I had any concerns
The diagnostic fee was very reasonable, (the lowest that I've been quoted all summer), was waived because he had to service the a/c, and cleaned the condenser grill (which no other a/c company had done to date) Lastly, he did a few other things that aren't his job description, like help with a wasp nest

My AC stopped blowing cold air. The Xtreme serviceman came and did no diagnosing. Spent all of his time telling me why I needed a new unit. Charged me $29.95 for this. This was on Sunday. On Monday I called Levy and Sons. Their serviceman diagnosed the problem immediately and had cool air blowing in 20 minutes. I called Xtreme because of an ad that said 0% interest for 60 months. When I asked about the pricing for what the serviceman recommended he said it was $4500 if I paid by cash or check. I asked about the 60 month deal and he said the price would be $5200. To me that difference is interest.

I had a new air conditioning unit installed and was pleased with the experience; very efficient service; everything was explained and choices were mine to make. No pressure sales like I had from other dealers who came to give me an estimate. All appts are done on time like the service checks 2x a year to maintain the efficiency of the unit. I am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of this company.
