Customer came back I cheked my installation everything looks great I cannot take responsablility for the poor quality of his merchandise I have never refuse to help him this is becoming an absurd excuse to make me look badAnd I do not know what he really wants his merchadise does not function the way he wants it too because its not brand and is of poor quality

It is unfair for customers to make a complaint against honest bussiness owners there was issues with one of the speakers but it was taking care off , right away the issue with the stereo wich was not purchased at the bussiness but purchased online of very low quality and at a very low price i
cannot take blame for products that I donot carry because of the same reason tnat they are not dependable products

I am rejecting this response because:the person that originaly installed this stereo was so sloppy that he burned a fuse to the power seats on the driver side and then said that it was not working I talked with *** and they had to fix what they fixed was because they btoke and the price and quality of the product is not the issue the install is *** called me to go and tried to resolve this but he only used tje price of the product as an excuse to not do anything to fix the bad install at this time the only acceptable result would be a refund and reinstall since they cut wires and other installers may have problems installing the radio price and quality is no excuse for bad installation thanks

I am rejecting this response because:that is a LIE when I went back to the busines I talked with [redacted] and he used the brand and pfice as an excused for the bad installation he never jnspected the installation is clear that this is a bussines that will LIE and CHEAT customers I have asked for an reinstall anf full refund but as they notoed the quality of the product is just as poor as the installation from this business I will not be satisfied unless they give a full refund and reinstall the radio I have also filled s complain with the attorney General cunsumer protection is clear that I am dealing with liars and cheaters and I will make sure that they dont get away with this and stop them from doing this to other people they are LIARS thanks
