That's a lieI was told the owner was going out of town that Monday and would be gone for that whole week but that I would be contacted when he got back in townI never heard from him againMe and my husband were going to stop in there a bit later and realized they were no longer thereWe were never contacted or informed in any way to let us know they were movingWe thought they just closed down and I was even more frustratedAfter all of the issues we experienced with this business I don't trust that they would do a good job or that my car wouldn't be harmed in some wayI was told the first time we dropped off the car to make sure the tank was full of gas by one of the employees and I told him it's not full but it's almost full then he proceeded to tell me it was ladies night at some bar and he had a hot dateObviously I figured it was a joke, at least I hoped so but it was very unprofessionalI shouldn't have to waste my time, gas and miles on my car if I am uncomfortable with their service and if I am uncomfortable and completely unsatisfied with their service why would I bring my only vehicle back there or send anybody to themI would have maybe been okay with letting them fix the problem if they would have made any type of attempt at any point in November or even December but they didn'tI feel I gave them more than ample time to do that and they never made any attempt to do soNow I feel I should get some or all of my money back to make this horrible service rightThe service that was guaranteed was not delivered and I shouldn't have to be forced to bring my property back to them or send someone else there to be compensatedI just want this whole thing over with and to be refunded somethingI have never been done like this from any business everI also submitted a just a couple of pictures to show this was no quality detail jobThey had my car for over hours and the fact that it looked like that is not okayThese are the same pictures I texted straight to the owners personal cell phone which I have proof of on my cell stillI was never contacted backThat detail job was no where near worth that kind of money and no my car wasn't brought back when it was suppose to be

her a free detail in the future. As far as the vehicle detail job we did a quality job. As I understand when someone is not happy they tend to start to pick everything apart as we are human and that's what we do. As far as a refund we will not give money back. She has a $229.00 detail credit in house to be used on any vehicle of her choice. She can give it away if she would like. I have been in business for 9 years and I can count on one hand with 3 fingers of dissatisfied customers and I am sorry that she is one of them. But we aim to correct anything negative. Last but not least I was under the impression with her busy schedule she would be in touch with us when her vehicle would be available to be cleaned again.

I also submitted a just a couple of pictures to show this was no quality detail job. They had my car for over 24 hours and the fact that it looked like that is not okay. These are the same pictures I texted straight to the owners personal cell phone which I have proof of on my cell still. I was never contacted back. That detail job was no where near worth that kind of money and no my car wasn't brought back when it was suppose to be.
