I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I do not accept his account of the situationWe did purchase the car with over 100,miles but we pain $10,for the carWhen we purchased the car it had a engine light onJon has done a few things to accommodate because of this issueWe had a few different accounts on his part on why the check engine light was onHe stated over and over again that he stood behind his productI hold all the email accounts of this matter with the dates the car issues occurred- ON ALL Different AccountsThe text messages include correspondencesWe may not drive the car daily but it does not sit weeks at a timeAll the more that we should be able have a car that is reliable when we need to use it, and not end up stranded like we have on two separate occasionsJon has not been completely unreasonable, but he also knows that the car had issues from day on and that he did not sell us the car in good standing or faithThat is why he has been attempting to make it rightI did not ask him to pay for the last run of problemWe payed our of pocket for more expense and were without the car for several days againIt is the principle that he sold a car that we truly believed he misrepresentedHe spun/ skirted around the real issue with the check engine light from day oneWe have come across a few other consumers that he dealt with Jon at Xtreme AutoOne of those complaints came form *** ***I was informed he also filed a Revdex.com complaint against Jon and Xtreme AutoWe are asking for a replacement car/ swapping a car outWe have a vehicle he new was not in good standing, it has never been in good running standards from day one even though it is out of warrantyJon did not explain either that an extended warrant was an optionWe have an auto loan to pay for this vehicle that is constantly in the shop- From Day ONEI feel that his response to this situation is not acceptable

Revdex.com spoke to John at business and the following was relayed regarding the check engine light issue: The check engine light was not on when the car was sold, it would have never passed the emissions inspection and the customer would have never driven it off the lotThe light did come on a few days after the customer took the car and we did repair it

My husband was interested in purchasing a car from them. They told me to go online and fill out a finance application, told me I was pre-approved, and then refused to let me speak to the financial person until I sent proof of income to them. All I wanted was an estimate of their financing so I could shop around for the best interest rate. The secretary, David, and Xaviar hung up on my husband when he asked to speak to the financial person and/or a manager. I gave them personal information concerning my social security number, address, and employment. It is concerning they would not let us talk to anyone regarding my personal information and financing options. No other institution requires proof of income until you are ready to sign a deal. This business practice has me concerned they may be stealing personal identification. I want confirmation my personal information will not be used and will be shredded. Additionally they need clearer business practices regarding their financing policies. I would not be surprised if these guys were criminals. The F they have with the Revdex.com is well deserved.

I bought a 2014 maxima here and got the best deal , awesome service. I walk out of here well satisfied and happy overall it was a great experience .I would highly recommend this dealer .

Revdex.com spoke to John at business and the following was relayed: The car was sold prior to Thanksgiving. The car was sold with over 100k miles and is not covered under the lemon law and the consumer did not purchase any additional warranty coverage. The customer was provided with a 30 day warranty. It...

is well beyond the 30 day warranty. Business has spent over $1,000 out of good faith to resolve any issues, including $350 to fix the starter. The issue is that the customer does not drive the car often and it sits for a majority of the time. We have gone above an beyond for issues that were not our responsibility.

Review: Before I purchased my car from this dealership one of my main concerns was securing car insurance for the vehicle since I am 23 years old. I spoke with a salesman whos name is [redacted] and he told me not to worry about the insurance, he has a guy for that. After he spoke to his friend from [redacted] he told me he got me insurance for about $197 a month. The only thing is that I would have to give him $800 for the policy to go into effect. $400 for him and $400 for his insurance guy. Me thinking I got a good deal I said sure. After securing the insurance a couple of weeks later I get a notice fron [redacted] under writing team asking for additional information about the drivers listed on my policy. I was confused so I went online to check the application form first filled out to secure insurance. What I found was that my application was full of lies. It said I was a married homeowner and it had my fake spouse listed on my policy. Naturally I couldnt provide the insurance company what they needed so they threatened to cancel my policy. I notified [redacted] and he said he worked it out with his insurance friend. I called [redacted] to see if everything has been resolved and of course it was not. I had to secure insurance from a different company. I spoke to [redacted] about getting my $800 back and he kept telling me my policy was fine.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $800
