Paid in full promptly through [redacted], payment confirmation received. Shipping delayed, contacted seller for updates several times, was informed the item was unavailable but a refund could be sent at any time. I decided to wait which was a mistake. I was promised the item would be shipped as soon as available.The item never arrived and after several months I asked for a refund. I was informed the transaction was no longer in the database, and would need to be retrieved. Asking for updates resulted in the same response, that the issue needed to be investigated to find out what happened. No further email updates, it has become obvious that there is no intention of sending a refund. My emails are now being ignored.Desired Settlement: Full refund of purchase price ($65.69)and shipping ($13.95) for items not delivered, a total of $79.64.
