This is *** *** in response to the concerns of Mrs*** ***Her vehicle is a *** *** *** with damages on her rear bumper and lift gate, total repairs on this vehicle was While repairing her vehicle Xtreme Automotive did not have to remove any interior parts for her repairsMrs
*** had pick up her vehicle on a Friday and was happy with the repairs that were done to her vehicleShe has then called the shop that following monday saying that her power locks were not working We had asked her to bring the vehicle back so we can go over the vehicle togetherWhen the vehicle was back the body shop had checked all fuses and relays & could not find the problem and even though we did not work on the locks or remove any interior parts, I told Mrs*** to take her car take her vehicle to the dealership and if the dealership found anything wrong from our work that I would pay 100% of the charges and even put her in a rental at no charge to herI don't know what else I could do for this customerI honestly feel that I am being fair with herI also would like to say that we are never rude with our customersMrs *** was even comfortable in leaving us her payment before the work was completedAs for the comment about her car being standardI have an apprentance program here for college students and he could not drive standard which was an honest mistake on my secretary for calling her about itWe hoped that she will understand that because she when brought her vehicle back she was upset that her window wasnt working but she didn't realize she had her window lock switch onso little accidents happen to everyoneIn closing Im am still willing to help Mrs*** and I completely understand why she is upset but I just feel I did nothing wrongThank you
