that I wanted doneI was told 3-hours and that the relay should be replace, which I had already bought one from auto zone so I said I would bring it inI stopped by the shop and was told the relay I by and I again had to call to check up on my bikeI was told the wiring was all messed up and that my battery was not holding a charge and if I would like to replace the rectifier regulatorThe only think that was done so for is they mounted the turn signalsI was never told how much additional time would beI also made it clear to both the mechanic and the owner that I did not want to spend too much on a bike I bought for only about I was also told that they would be able to do the wiring no problemAbout week went by and I again had to call to check up on my bikeI found out that the mechanic I've been talking to was having medical issues and was unable to work on the bikeI said I understood and was ok with waiting a bit for him or for another mechanic could work on my bikeI said this as I was flying back home for weeks and could not pick it up anywayI did not hear from them the entire time I was home and called them when I returnedThe original mechanic was still having medical issues and the owner said he would get another one on it and make it a priorityAbout another week went by and I called to check againI was told he ran into some issues and was still figuring it outAbout another week went by and I had to call againI was told that this mechanic couldn't figure it out and that the owner was going to start working on it at their other shopAbout another week went by and I called to check again, he said that everything was done and looked good but was waiting on the relay as they ordered the wrong oneAbout another week went by and I called again, was told that the lights worked but was not blinking correctly and the headlight was blinking as wellAbout another week went by and I called again, I was told that they were going to wire in another relay to get the turn signals to workAbout another week later I called again and was told the bike was ready but he found that the carb float bowl gaskets were leaking and asked if I would like to fix them and he would not charge me for labor only partsHe said it would be 4-daysI agreed and called him days later to find out that the gaskets were not in yetA week later I got a call saying the bike was done and if I wanted it dropped offI said no I want to pick it up but at the location I dropped it off atHe said I have been very patient and he would cut me a dealFinally he said he was on his way to that anythingI said I am not going to pay for anything without itI suggested we set up another time so I could come get itShe insisted on dropping it off and asked why I couldn't tell here a time right thenI refused to set up a time right then as I had other plans I needed to make sure they didn't overlap and was not going to let them come to my place to drop it of as I wanted it driven home to test The only think that was done so for is they mounted the turn signals. I was never told how much additional time would be. She didn't have change so asked us to wait outside while she ran to get some. We waited about 10-15 mins and she came back and said she would take 20 off for the inconvenience, which didn't fix our change issue. I asked if she had a bill of materials and labor or an invoice. We ran through what I was told was done via the invoice with the mechanic helping by saying what work he did. He also informed me that the owner and his wife couldn't come as he was sleeping and she couldn't leave the kid alone. Also the mechanic told me that they had to hire another mechanic to fix my bike, which is now their weekend mechanic. Also he told me the owner got upset with me and decided not to do the carb float bowl gaskets and he was just going to give me the parts. I paid the 330 just to try to get the bike out of there. We went to drive out but just before pulling away we noticed that the bike has gas running out of it, thus the bike was unridable. Both me and the mechanic trying to get a hold of the owner but couldn't. I asked for my money back as I rode the bike in and would not pay for a bike you can't ride out. I got my money back and texted the owner the issue. He said they will look into it. Currently that is where we stand today 8/11/16.
