Poor customer service at the service desk
I bought a 2022 X3 Turbo RR about 2 months ago. I had an issue with the sway bar link being loose and it was missing a rubber gromet for the gas facia door on the side.
so last Saturday 8/12 2023 I loaded it up and brough it over.
When they opened at 9:00am I went over to the service desk and explained what was wrong and could I drop it off to have it looked at.
First thing I was told do you have an appointment, I said no but I can leave it.
Then I was told they are booked through September.
I said its very minor issue, He said I can't, and I asked again I can leave it
Nope just the look from him like OH WELL!
I kept my cool and said fine I will find another dealer to look at it.
Seen my salesman on the way out who is really a nice guy, told him I won't be back ever.
Your service guy has no idea what customer service is.
The correct reply to me should have been since it's so minor let me see if I can take a look or go ahead and leave it and if we get a cancellation of a free minute, I will look it over.
Customer service is an attitude not a department.
Called Millers in Union town and they said bring it over on Thursday since its very minor I will take care of it.
Millers now has a new customer.

Review: THE DEALERSHIP IS DOING A LOT OF PRICE CHANGING PLUS BAIT AND SWITCH, CHARGING EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES ABOVE THE STANDARD. THE DEALER NEVER KEPT ANY PROMISES MADE AND ARE SCALPING THE NORMAL PRICING BESIDES MAKING UP PRICING.Desired Settlement: OVERCHARGED $500 MORE THAN WAS TOLD OVER PHONE.

RE : [redacted]Customer complains that we charged $500 more than he was told over the phone. In actuality the customer obtained a price from another dealership that did not have the extremely limited product that we had in stock. That price from the other dealership was $500 less than us for the said Limited Edition product many dealers were selling this product for up to $2000 over retail) he was sold the vehicle for msrp and was given a discount on the factory destination fee of $925 he was charged $700. He was informed that we could not honor the competitors price because of the limited availability of this product, if he wished to purchase from the other dealership we would completely understand, but our price was $500 more. Customer came in day of purchase and changed his mind several times about financing or not financing the unit. Once he made his final decision he was in a huge hurry to get out the door, and wanted to hurry through the paperwork process. During this process we go over each line of the buyers order to avoid any confusion with price or what the customer is getting. We do our best to ensure that each customer is treated fairly in their purchase and he was in no way forced to buy this extremely limited product.
