I am rejecting this response because: an email such as the attached screenshot is not how a professional company does businessNormally a business will issue a contract for the job and a receipt stating paid in full upon completion, both on company letterheadI do not believe this email will hold up in court should some aspect of the work fail and cause damageI request professional documentation of the work performed that shows this company worked on my houseI will take this to the news stations next and go as far as I have to so I get a legimate resolutionThis has nothing to do with the pool company and my issue with themThis is separate and is just unfortunate that you were referred by the pool company, however I am not surprised now at the level of unprofessionalism

I am rejecting this response because: an email such as the attached screenshot is not how a professional company does business. Normally a business will issue a contract for the job and a receipt stating paid in full upon completion, both on company letterhead. I request professional documentation of the work performed that shows this company worked on my house.
