I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from the business owner, Ryan Saleh, Xtreme Exteriors dose not answer the complaint I filed on August 10th, regarding the work on my home @ [redacted] I had to keep asking Ryan for my contract and when my materials were being delivered, he had every excuse, the weather, the supply house had his order wrong, I finally demanded a contract which he had the wrong date and I signed it, then he took it and said that Kim would type it up and make the revisions, the datesI kept the had written one, he took the copyAs for the $61,54772, this does not include the $5,for the work he was suppose to do which I had to hire another contractor to do the rubber roof and deck and [redacted] to pressure wash my home Ryan Saleh and his girlfriend, Kim Bknew I had a stroke which left me with a short term memory loss He was told by my friend [redacted] who resides in [redacted] that I can not have added stress do health Ryan kept having me write checks to keep his business going, and he showed me contracts that he had to pay me back, On April 15, I had to give him $7,cash so he wasn't evicted from their apartment, it had to be paid in cash for his back rent through August 31, When he gave me the receipt from [redacted] it was for $6,000.00, not for $7,when I asked him about the other $1,he said he needed it to pay for his advertisements in The [redacted] Flyer to get more business I have since found out from [redacted] , Accounts Manager at the [redacted] that Ryan Saleh has not had any ads in the [redacted] since under his other DBA , [redacted] and [redacted] I had no idea how much money they got until my friends took me to the bank and my bank printed out a statements from November through July, and highlighted all the checks to Ryan Saleh and to Kimberly B I have since had them print them individuallyThere was a pattern, it was about every 3,days, It started with small amounts then larger amountsI also had to pay bills with my Credit Card, $!for his cell phone, it was shut off and his [redacted] Bill for $ I also paid his attorney $for outstanding fines for traffic tickets, his Driver's License was suspended On July 11, the last time Ryan was at my home he needed $and I has to tell him "No" times and told him to leave, he came back later that night and practically begged me for $and again I told him "No" times and told him to leave, he had no gas and I gave him $He also got a lot of petty cash which I wrote down the dates and amount on my bank envelopesI am embarrassed by this situation and I feel violated that I let him take advantage of me He apparently has no businessI have since found out that he has a history of getting contracts from customers for roofing jobs with half the money down and he immediately cashes the checks and does not do any of the work or provide them with any materials Thank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Ryan at business and the following was relayed: I signed a contract with Cynthia on 3/15/to remove her roof and plywood and install OSB roof with *** shingles, which comes with a lifetime warrantyThe contract was for $1,I had done extra work for her across the street
moving furnitureAny other monies Cynthia claims are unrelated to the roof or any workShe, on several occasions, loaned me money on a personal level

Due to an unexpected family matter the date we had anticipated to start was pushed off to a later dateWe tried several times contacting the customer and her husband to discuss this but each time we got the answering machineWe also stopped at their personal residence to attempt to speak with them
and discuss the job but no one was there eitherWe played phone tag a few times after this but nothing was resolved or spoken aboutHad we the chance to speak of this matter, we had hoped to explain our hold up and agree to get the job done at a discounted priceUnfortunately we were never able to connect to come up with a resolution or compromise so we will issue a refundThank you!

I also had to pay 2 bills with my Credit Card, $!40.83 for his cell phone, it was shut off and his [redacted] Bill for $225.89.  I also paid his attorney $281.00 for outstanding fines for traffic tickets, his Driver's License was suspended.  On July 11, 2015 the last time Ryan was at my home he needed $500.00 and I has to tell him "No" 5 times and told him to leave, he came back later that night and practically begged me for $200.00 and again I told him "No" 2 times and told him to leave, he had no gas and I gave him $20.00. He also got a lot of petty cash which I wrote down the dates and amount on my bank envelopes. I am embarrassed by this situation and I feel violated that I let him take advantage of me.  He apparently has no business. I have since found out that he has a history of getting contracts from customers for roofing jobs with half the money down and he immediately cashes the checks and does not do any of the work or provide them with any materials.  Thank you,
