This is in response to complaint filed by: Emily *** As stated to customer before by phone and email that once the unit has been assembled and worked on and then run the unit for minutesAll sales Are Final On Complete ATVs… also our policy terms and conditions states if you received
something else different that you would accept product unit If unit has not been returned in box crate package within days as per our terms conditions we cannot take it back as it has been assembled and gas has been put in it To try to resolve the issue we explained to them customer by phone they need to send an email along with pictures of unit to verify product for us to address issues that they’re having They agreed and then the customer emails five minutes later and demand a refund and makes other statements about our “nice three bedroom two bath home” which we found completely out of order and we had to requested for customer to stop several times to nonrelated comments and then she repeatedly states that she never talked with us by telephone We stated to customer her we verify account details before speaking with customer by phone and we notated the account in addition we have lengthy amount of notes Customer called several times. We spoke with Mr*** after verifying account details about the product and the original statement from customer: On our notes of phone call: They were concerned about the unit size being a 125cc and that the product unit states no child under years old can ride and this was the main issueWe explained that the specifications of engine size are the same on either unit of concern And that they only had days to return the product That has not been removed from the box crate package which they then explained it had already been taken out and put together We then explained to customer the model they ordered will say the same thing as it’s the same model the only difference with the model is it has reverse gear if that’s the model they havewarehouse documents shows correct model was sentAdditionally the size and the shape are the same as the 125D “if that’s what they have" the specifications on these two models are the same as stated from the manufacturers website, www.taotao.us when comparing units side-by-side specifications We explained to the customer the only resource we have now is for the customer would need to take unit to a service center and if any part or parts are needed as this is how the warranty works as it only covers for partsDue to unit being assembled and personal family member mechanic and they paid $dollars for working on the unit as customer stated to us by phone to us we then told them we can’t take the product back and for them to send us an email for further supportAdditionally they have not provided the information we requested by telephone or email The only thing we received from customer was a clear refusal to participate in our terms and conditions and a complete denial they ever spoke with us by telephone through email. and this was a clear attempt from our point view to circumvent our policy terms and conditions that was pointed out by telephone to customer We’ve then explained to customer that we take notes during phone conversation and she continued to deny ever speaking with us by telephone when we clearly heard her in the background being very loud and was disturbed because of what we were telling Mr*** when speaking with him There was shouting and saying we were ruining their year old sons christmas an then the phone conversation had became disturbing and could no longer make communication Our Final Decision: Due to unit being assembled and used we have to refer customer to our policy and terms and conditions as they agreed to the terms conditions during placing their order We assured the customer during phone conversation and email that the issue they were having is probably something simple and that they were not properly addressing issue. we tried to assist them and were unsuccessful due to customer not willing to participate in a reasonable manner but the warranty still stands by request through email only for quality assurance purposes and they must comply with all request from us as the warranty cannot be dictated outside of Xtreme Fire Power as per policy terms conditions states… We have attached our terms conditions to this message Thank You Xtreme Fire Power

Review: Dear Revdex.comOn may 30th 2015 I ordered an ATV from extreme fire power for the price of $714.99 along with free shipping. On June 30th extreme fire power e-mailed me stateing .....sorry for any inconvenience but once the additional $35 shipping charge has been approved your unit will be shipped. at that point I decided to change my mind on the order the moment I changed my mind they withdrew the money out of my account. I was counting on free shipping. To end my complaint I have not received my money back. A man told me that the ATV was damaged in shipping and that I would be charged for the damage plus a 30% charge for changing my mind when they promised free shipping. They apparently changed their mind as well. Requesting 100% returnDesired Settlement: 100% return. $714.99

Review: On April 4, 2013, I purchased two TaoTao ATVS from Xtreme Fire Power. As part of the purchase of two units, I was entitled to two helmets with the purchase.I was informed via email, that the certificates of origin for the ATVs, which would allow me to title the ATVs in Arizona, would be shipped separately, and might actually arrive before the ATVs did. The certificates of origin did not arrive. After numerous unanswered phone messages and emails, I was finally sent the certificates of origin: Xtreme Fire Power sent them on May 21, 2013, I received them a few days later.I still have not received the two helmets as promised, more than two months after the sale. I have made several phone calls to this company about this, left voice mails, and sent several emails. I have received no response nor helmets.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the two helmets as promised, both size adult XL as agreed upon. Preferably colors to match the units I purchased, one black and one blue.If helmets are not sent, I would like a refund in the amount of $138.00, the cost of two helmets as listed on Xtreme Fire Power's website.
