Review: Extremely disappointed. [redacted] asked for payment to be paid in advance each month, which I did through PayPal. I asked [redacted] to handle 4 properties. He was good for a couple months and then I started hearing from my tenants [redacted] was not showing up consistently. Several weeks after hearing he had not shown up, I called [redacted] on another property that was not done and he said his truck broke down and he would not bill me for that week. I then went back the two following weeks and no work was done. I went back two more times over the next couple weeks to the same property and nothing had been done. I called [redacted] and he said he was no longer doing landscaping. Keep in mind this was three weeks after I originally called him, so my rentals had no service for three weeks and I had to call [redacted] to find out he had closed his business. [redacted] waited to tell me he was no longer in business until after I paid the $255 monthly service fee for services to come. [redacted] said we would send the $255 I paid and he never did. When I called [redacted] three weeks later he said that I owed him money. I shared with [redacted] he was paid at the beginning of each month automatically with Paypal. I showed [redacted] the proof he was paid and then he began to say he was not paid for other work done. I showed proof of that as well. I asked [redacted] to send me documentation of any unpaid invoices. He refused to do so and said he owed me $90. [redacted] said he would have his book keeper call to discuss and she never called. When we called her there was no response. I asked multiple times for any documentation to show he was not paid and he refused to send anything. When I said I would take him to small claims court, he said that was fine as he already filed bankruptcy. [redacted] will sound sincere when you speak with him, but believe me he is not honest. I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and character. Do not trust [redacted]. As for painting lawns, I had this done and it looked great the first four weeks and then turned a an aqua blue. Looks horrible. [redacted] was not honest in terms of how long it lasts. The other one star review below [redacted] dismisses as he does not do business in SF. What he does not realize is the writer lived in San Francisco and wrote the definition for a property they owned that [redacted] serviced in the Sacramento area. Do yourself a favor stay away. Don't believe a word [redacted] says. I am sure he will try to dismiss this review too.Desired Settlement: Refund me the $255 owed as described in the complaint.
