Terrible!
This is the most unprofessional service business I have ever come across. They will lie, they lack basic knowledge on HVAC systems where they actually believe that a mismatched system is acceptable... It is not ever recommended to have different sized condenser and evaporator! They are also extremely rude, lazy and they will charge you for nothing, a bunch of crooks.

Xtremely unprofessional and Scam
Avoid this company if you want to spare yourself stress and aggravation. Technician (the owner ) was a scam artists. A/c company hired (vendor) by American home shield to fix our ac unit. Came and look at the unit for a good 15 min , mentioning there was a leak and need 4 lbs of refrigerant . He said he fixed the leak and refrigerant was filled, charging us high dollar amount for the service . Before he left he stated let’s see if it’ll work. We waited all day to see if it will cool and it didn’t . The next day We called and scheduled another apptment with ahs and they sent the same company to come back. technician appeared to be in guilt when asked a few questions as to what could possibly be the issue and why was it not known on the first day as we felt like for the amount of money paid proper diagnostic should have Been made. He easily brushed off the question and quickly offered to refund money. We weren’t asking for a refund , just asking for some justification and wanting to get the unit fixed. He requested his billing office to refund the money we paid and he got on the phone with a lady named Gabriella. she stated that the credit card could not be refunded and they will need to send a check in the mail . We informed the home warranty of the situation and requested for another vendor to come to fix the unit . They did state that it was on the notes that Xtreme heating will refund our money back. 2 weeks came by , still no check. Contacted the office and line is always busy . Left messages but no one called us back. Finally able to get someone on the line , Elaine picked up the phone. We asked for the status of the check and explained we have not received it . Elaine was mumbling and barely know what kind of excuse she needed to give us. She explained that billing manager (Gabriella ) stated that she will send a check again and we should receive it in 2 days and she’s canceling the first check they sent. I doubt they never sent . Many different confusing excuses. One explanation stated they found out 2 weeks ago that check was not cashed and so they canceled the check so no one will cash it . One explanation , she stated that she’ll just send another check and will cancel the other check the same day we called. I asked Elaine that I would like to speak to the billing manager so we’re not back and forth . It appears she sending her an email message or a text as we were on the phone. She kept brushing off that request and kept saying she will just send the check. We offered to just come by the office, she refuses to give the office address in the beginning and provided me with the wrong address . She then said, let me go ahead and transfer you to Gabriella and she’ll speak with you. Gabrielle did not pick up the phone and It was sent directly to voicemail. We tried to call the office again and my phone number was blocked up until now and unable to reach the office.

Came a month ago and issue wasn't fixedWas told in order for it to work I would need to have the unit inside and outside cleanedLater talked to everyone and was told if thats what the issue was then they should've cleaned it to fix itCalled and talked to my warranty company and they felt they should've done it as well...then called me the next day saying the way the xtreme contractor worded it...they wouldn't be coming outI got rid of my warranty over this and contacted another company that came out and they told me the issue actually wasn't what xtreme told me but my fan motor was going out (which the warranty company would have covered but since xtreme wanted to be lazy and not do the work they didn't check it to find out what was actually wrong)so I just paid $out of pocket to have it fixed finally

After reading all reviews, I decided to work with the home warranty company and have Xtreme Heating and Air, of Fredericksburg, VA, address my HVAC problem I'm so glad I did The service, support, and overall experience, was exceptional The home warranty company told me what to expect, and when to expect itXtreme arrived, when scheduled, not only diagnosed the problem, but actually showed me pictures of the cause for the problemXtreme contacted the home warranty company, the major part was ordered, and Xtreme arrived, when scheduled, and installed the part The home warranty/Xtreme Heating and Air partnership worked exceptionally well for me Throughout the process, Bobby, from Xtreme, was my technicianGreat job, with little or no stress Jim H***, Fredericksburg, VA

Sean G*** the owner of Xtreme Heating and Air is a liar and a thief who stole $from my wife and me he promised to repay us but has only ignored our attempts to recover our stolen moneyNever do business or trust this deadbeat or his company

I was sent to xtreme heating threw [redacted] after having issues with another service provider . Sean G came out and after a short period of time he found the issue and gave me several options . I chose to up grade my system instead of waiting for [redacted] to send my compressor to xtreme. They did a great job and cleaned up well. My home has better air flow and the system did what it was promised it would do .
