To whom it may concern,This is email a response concerning a complaint submitted by our customer. First and foremost, I would like to apologize to the customer that the work completed was not to his satisfactionAlthough, I would like shed some light on some details of his
compliantTroy is not the "owner operator" of Xtreme LandscapingIf the customer would have called the office to put in a complaint regarding Troy's work or lack of, the owner would have made the situation rightSince no office personnel knew about this situation, we have not had the chance to correct the problem with the customerIf we would have known about this problem, we would have been more than happy to take care of our customerTons of top soil was delivered to the customerTo reference the customer's statement "the grass started to have dead spots"Troy informed the customer to not the let the dogs or anyone walk on the grass for two weeksTroy said, "he went stopped by the house within the next couple of days and there was dog feces already on the grass". We received the letter of complaint on 09/20/As soon as I informed Troy of the complaint, he call the customer to try to rectify the situationPer Troy, "I went to the customers house on 09/21/and added another sprinkler head and adjusted the sprinklers, plus rolled the grass with a roller". I once again thank the Revdex.com for the help I have been givenThough if I had thought to find out that there was a better way to try and resolve this i.ethat I was able to speak to the owner directly I am confident that this never would have risen to the level it did and all of my concerns would have been addressed immediatelyI found the owner/operator of Xtream Landscaping extremely professional, personable and passionate about the satisfaction of his customersI am sure that we will be able to completely resolve this issue without any further need of the Revdex.comI am forever grateful that you are available to customers who need you to intervene. I am rejecting this response because:  To say I am embarrassed is an understatement. But I am. It was my assumption that Troy was in business for himself. He Never told me that he was  or represented himself that he was. That was My mistake. I chose Troy because he is the son of one of my customers whom I respect. He assured me of satisfaction and I took him at his word. I explained to Troy before signing a contract that this had to be a simultaneous job with the concrete I was having installed for my front porch / overhang. He knew I would have to have traffic through my yard and proceeded against my advice otherwise to install the sprinklers. I asked him to go to the valves and stop and wait for the concrete. He put them in anyway. I also asked him to level the ground BEFORE he brought in the top soil and he assured me it would be. He even had the right equipment there to do it at the time. ( a front loader of sorts still at my address). What ever 5.5 tons of top soil is it did not cover my yard thus leaving a lot of hard rocky ground uncovered. All which seems hard to fix at this late in the process. Troy did come to my home on 9-21-2015 unannounced as I had out of town company he showed up before I could call him back to scheduled a date and time to speak. He installed another sprinkler. Adjusted the others to over spray into the street and onto my sidewalk which only wasted water. I can only assume he was annoyed at being there. Thus he did not address any of my concerns previously given to him or restated this time. The dog waste was picked up daily and had nothing to do with the six foot long area of grass that was dying. The sprinkler head he initially installed sprayed left and right but not forward which he did replace on 9-21-2015 and corrected that problem. The ground is far from level. As I have tried to work on the a fore mentioned overhang there is literally not one spot level to place it on. But I had to prevail anyway as winter is coming and it had to be at least mostly finished. If he would have followed my request and suggestions this would never have risen to this level. Of course if I had actually taken the time to ask I could have easily found out that Troy is not the owner operator I mistakenly thought he was without cause. I sincerely apologize to the  Revdex.com for involving them prematurely. I hope to speak to a representative from Xtream Landscaping soon to resolve this matter. Thank You to all concerned for your help in this matter.
