This complaint is very bizarre, as we trimmed the tree at their request The tree is still alive and doing well and has no issues Please see attached picture that the client took herself of the tree As you will see it looks healthy and normal Ironically, this tree would have caused damage to the fence it is planted next to because how of its proximity This is a cypress tree that will grow 50' tall and 30' wide in the future She will be glad we trimmed the bottom branches that were only about the size of a dime in diameter This is an unfortunate situation and we don't know how else to explain this, so we will simply make this statement In our opinion, this person has some very serious conditions We don't claim to be professionals in the medical field and this is only our opinion, however, the actions this lady has taken would lead a reasonable person to believe something is very wrong There is much more to this story but we feel it is not worth defending ourselves further as we cannot reason with someone who is irrational and has trouble deciphering reality

When we arrived at this property the fence was already broken She even admitted that she had someone put the post against the gate so her dog could not get out When we arrived we of course had to move the post that was simply placed against the fence at a degree angle to hold up the already broken fence We replaced the post when we left as we found it She is now claiming we broke the fence that was already broken before we arrived She states that no one goes back there but us, however we have documented a call from her saying on of her friends used a post to hold up the fence prior to our arrival Whey would they need to use a post to hold up a fence that wasn't broken? This is another sad case of fraud where the client is trying to get a free fence repair from us and forgot that she already had told us it was broken We tried to cancel this ladies account in the past and now we wish we would have We dispute her statements and will not be repairing her fence

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting the response from Xtremelawncare because it is NOT trueThe person who found the damage is NOT a friend bUT my pest control professional who was at my home conducting an inspectionHe alerted me to the damage and sent the attached picturesAt that time I asked
the pest control person to please prop the gate up so that my dog does not get out which he didI have contacted him and he will be sending me an email statement which I will forward to Revdex.com. Regards *** ***

We were not called regarding the sign damage simply sent a bill one day and told that we needed to pay for his damaged sign. We called and explained that we would need to investigate the situation and speak with our foreman who maintains this property. Our foreman said that the crew
did not hit the sign. The foreman also went on to say that it is in our mow notes on this property to weed eat only around the sign and do not use a mower around them. He confirmed that this is how his crew maintained the sign. We then asked the owner of Azle Laser wash to look at his video surveillance which he did and then said "I didn't see you hit the sign on the video but I know you did anyway". We explained that since he has no proof and the video surveillance confirms our foreman's statement that we would not be paying for the damage. He then blew up and demanded to meet with someone. We gladly scheduled a time with him on April 5th at his request. When April 5th rolled around our representative was there and he no showed our appointment. Our representative called him to ask where he was and he said if you don't pay for the sign I'm going to cancel as it has to be you because the last company that mowed for me hit the sign. We explained that just because another company hit the sign doesn't mean we didWe explained again that he has no evidence that we damaged the sign and in fact he has evidence that we Didn't damage the sign. We suggested maybe a vehicle or a pedestrian hit his sign. He said he never has cars on the property even though this is a car wash? This is a very busy intersection in Azle and anything could have happened. What didn't happen was Xtreme hitting the sign as the surveillance confirms. We were not going to beckon to his bullying tactics because we knew we were in the right

This complaint is very bizarre, as we trimmed the tree at their request.  The tree is still alive and doing well and has no issues.  Please see attached picture that the client took herself of the tree.  As you will see it looks healthy and normal.  Ironically, this tree would...

have caused damage to the fence it is planted next to because how of its proximity.  This is a cypress tree that will grow 50' tall and 30' wide in the future.   She will be glad we trimmed the bottom branches that were only about the size of a dime in diameter.   This is an unfortunate situation and we don't know how else to explain this, so we will simply make this statement.  In our opinion, this person has some very serious conditions.  We don't claim to be professionals in the medical field and this is only our opinion, however, the actions this lady has taken would lead a reasonable person to believe something is very wrong.  There is much more to this story but we feel it is not worth defending ourselves further as we cannot reason with someone who is irrational and has trouble deciphering reality.

When we arrived at this property the fence was already broken.  She even admitted that she had someone put the post against the gate so her dog could not get out.  When we arrived we of course had to move the post that was simply placed against the fence at a 45 degree angle to hold up the already broken fence.  We replaced the post when we left as we found it.  She is now claiming we broke the fence that was already broken before we arrived.  She states that no one goes back there but us, however we have documented a call from her saying on of her friends used a post to hold up the fence prior to our arrival.  Whey would they need to use a post to hold up a fence that wasn't broken?  This is another sad case of fraud where the client is trying to get a free fence repair from us and forgot that she already had told us it was broken.  We tried to cancel this ladies account in the past and now we wish we would have.  We dispute her false statements and will not be repairing her fence.
