All our cars offered for sale we encourage pre-purchase inspections, this car in fact was on a rack at *** *** on 6/19/for fluids
and filters and *** said he even knew someone at *** to verify it was there, he could have made other arrangements to pay *** a small fee of to have them voice their opinion on the car, he chose not to....Then we told him that we had multiple people on our car to let us know what he was thinking.....Then a day later we came to terms about price on his trade and price on our car he said for us NOT to do a in-depth detail job because he's a car detailer (part time) so he took delivery of the car on 6/22/and this is the outcome...We are a person dealership that can hardly handle the flow of traffic as it is, so HIGH PRESSURE is a bit exaggerated....The report we furnished for *** was a *** and states 1-Owner No Accidents, *** we dont subscribe to says, 1-Owner 1-Accident..(Accident Reported) Nothing of any serious collision *** is attempting to state....As fast as he went to leave negative reviews about Xtreme he could have logged on to *** and for $found that there was accident reported and moved on to another car to buy..*** bases all his complaints on a *** ad he posted trying to sell his car saying some guy emailed him (not actual original owner) just some guy saying "here look at this picture its your car in a body shop"....This is what he goes on, I asked *** for the gentleman's name and he couldn't give it me, I have the name cause its on the titleSo this *** guys story holds no water....I remain

Excellent response from *** as alwaysHappy to see you chose to exclude the profanity from this reply, unfortunately that was not the case when I finally received a return phone call after my original complaint
That is exactly correct, I chose to not have the car detailed because being committed to purchasing it I didn't want any damage to happen to the car pre-deliveryYour "man operation" wasn't quite as equipped to clean the vehicle as I was on my own, and that is totally fine and has absolutely nothing to do with this complaint
Now getting to the actual complaint, yes, you DID have the car at *** and you DID have work done thereDid you also just happen to not find out that this vehicle was in an accident? I mean, if you paid and didn't find out anything and you were suggesting that I pay the very same place to do the very same thing to find out about the accidentSeems kind of silly to suggest that, so you did know about the accident from your inspection at *** and are saying you intentionally chose not to disclose it to me? Because if you're suggesting I made the mistake of not having the same inspection that you had done to find out that the car was involved in a serious accident then why did you not know about the accident and I would have?
You're trying to make the accident seem like a fender bender, I have a picture of the car during repair and when YOU asked ME for the repair shop name and location I gave it to youPretty sure you called and confirmed that, I already was very aware that this was in fact the vehicle I had just purchased from youAs to the "***" mention, I had the car listed for sale and it was recognized by both the original owner and repair facility as being that carThat is where I got my history on the accident, the repairs, and it's journey to your shopThe "*** guy story" is the exact reason I am here today complaining to you, it is the exact reason that my opinion is that your car dealership is a joke, and it is the exact reason why I am going to voice my opinion and the exact reason why you are probably upsetYou were hoping that I would believe the non-disclosure and happy that you were paid full value for a car because it had a clean autocheck but I find it very hard to believe that you could not have knownThis "*** guy" was the person who repaired this vehicle, I didn't want to believe it was true either considering I just paid top dollar for itI really didn't believe that was my car until he was able to name tiny paint flaws and their exact locations on the carI said "how did you know that?" His response was "Because I'm the one who painted this car and I know those were the only imperfections in my job, I'm also friends with the person who owned the car before you"I'm just a consumer here, I work at a detail shop? So whatYou work in the industry of buying and selling cars, you make your living off buying and selling cars, and you work at a dealership where you only sell USED CARSSeems like your man operation could use a fourth if you seriously had no idea that the car you were selling was involved in an accident because the autocheck report said it didn'tTo me it seems like you probably were able to buy this car much cheaper than an accident free one and leverage the clean autocheck and owner history for the top dollar simply by not disclosing the history and playing stupid
You are trying to discredit me by speaking of the way I became aware of this accident because it sure wasn't disclosed by youYou're stating that I found out via a *** posting and that is somehow not credibleI'm sorry, did this car come up with a clean and accident free *** report? Because I'm pretty sure it didn't so regardless of how I found out you are saying that you sold me a clean titled, owner, and accident free vehicle and in fact I was sold a vehicle with an accident clearly reported to ***Don't be mad that I did my homework and found out all of the details and damages done during the accident because you did notAs fast as I went to leave negative reviews about your business? Over a month later? Not too quick, I feel as though you might have confused yourself a little typing that long response to me, however, let me bring you back to focusI was quick to write a bad review when I could have simply paid $and chose to buy a different carPlease please please, take my $ I would love to dump this car on your doorstep and buy something different, the only difference? From a reputable dealer
How do you not understand that my review reflects exactly upon my experience at your dealership, in fact, this forum we are exchanging on here is a public review for your dealershipI look forward to your response, or a check coming for the purchase price of the vehicle and you can sell it if you're so confident about how many people want it like you were telling me before I gave you my money
Look forward to hearing back from you, hopefully I can revise my reviews to include a solution to the problem or I guess I could just continue to update them on the disappointments

The car was sold unknown to us of any major repairOne report states ACCIDENT REPORTED the other states nothing...Most of the time in the past if a vehicle has substantial damage its on both...We didn't force Mr *** to buy are car, he agreed to the price we offered him on the tradeWe sell all cars unless they have existing factory warrantyI called Mr *** to speak to him about his misfortune only to be told to put him on hold by my sales associate cause Mr *** had already gone online nationally (Google) and left a completely review to hold over us for reimbursement of his dealHe has stated to us that he would remove his thoughts online if we would take the car back
