placed the customer checked a box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, legally representing that he had read and thoroughly understood the terms that were contained.  Mr. [redacted]'s trial began the day he ordered the product and was for a duration of  14 days. The Terms and conditions stated that the customer MUST contact customer service by phone during the 14 day trial period if he/she does not wish to be billed for the product or any other products in the future. In the event that the customer fails to contact customer service during the trial period to close the account,  Xtreme nitro will assume that the customer likes their product and they're happy with the product. After the 14 day trial has ended, the customer will be  billed the full price for the item received during the trial. Mr. [redacted] Failed to contact our customer service department during the 14day trial period/ before the trial ended on 02/03/2015 to request that his account be closed. Therefore, On 02/05/2016 the customer was billed the full price (89.87) for the 30day supply of Xtreme Nitro in which he received during the trial. Mr. [redacted] did contact our customer service department on 02/08/2016 to inquire about the charge and request a cancellation. A customer service representative explained to Mr. [redacted] the Terms & Conditions that were agreed to when the  order was placed,  as well as an explanation of the charge was given.  Per the customers request the customer service representative verified that the email address on file was correct and  closed the account. The cx was offered to speak to a supervisor to further discuss the account and was asked to  hold while
being transferred. Mr. [redacted] disconnected the line while on hold. Mr. [redacted] contacted us again on 02/09/2016 to inquire about the exact amount billed for the product he received during the trial. Mr.[redacted] claimed that the charge listed was for a different amount then shown on his account. The customer service representative verified the correct amount (which was 89.87) in which  Mr. [redacted] was billed and he was also assured the account was closed.  On 02/15/2016 the customer was contacted to be notified  that rend for the charge received of 89.87 has been refunded.
