Long story short, I order office supplies for a local company with locationsA woman from Xtreme called today, I happened to be on the other line, when the other office girl asked to take msg, Xtreme girl pushed for what kind of cartridges we useOffice girl hung upXtreme girl called back (I was still on other line), asked to speak to supervisorOffice girl said no one's in and hung upXtreme girl called one of our other locations, ripped into the girl that answered the phone about how rude we are, and threatened to turn us into the Revdex.com, and asked for a supervisorSupervisor got on the line, she threatened him with the same line, he said we're not interested and hung upTALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL?!?! We sometimes get a dozen calls from telemarketers DAILY trying to sell us supplies, and I'm sorry but I don't have time for each and every one to explain why their product is the bestAnd threatening to turn us into the Revdex.com??? That's your way of building client loyalty??? This is the WORST experience I've ever had, this girl had too much time on her hands, and we will not EVER be buying from XtremeIf a higher up reads this, please coach your callers, you're going to start losing business and credibility if this continues!!

Supervisor got on the line, she threatened him with the same line, he said we're not interested and hung up. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL?!?! If a higher up reads this, please coach your callers, you're going to start losing business and credibility if this continues!!

Below is an email chain from me to Xtreme Office Products. Please note we have been hounded by them to try their product and I finally agreed. Well bad decision on my part as you can see below. They are so unprofessional and their rating of F on the Revdex.com site says it all. Here was my negative experience in a nutshell. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Jack-

I would like to express my utmost disappointment with your company. After our first conversation, I agreed to try out your product and informed you of the timeliness that we would need your product especially during our busy season. You said, "No problem". You then agreed to discount the price to beat that of the current company we have been using, which you did (definitely not worth the $13 in savings). I also informed you that we are currently in our slow period and that once we tried your product you would receive payment. You also agreed upon this. We still have not used your product due to the fact that the current cartridge is still working. I have received three emails from you containing invoices for this cartridge and three invoice via the postal service. I am aware that we have and outstanding balance with your company, but I am also aware of the agreement we made per our initial phone conversation. To top this office the cartridge wasn't even delivered on time!!! I had to call you to verify it was even sent out and this is when you sent a $5 [redacted] gift card and told me this would never happen again if we decided to use your company. Well Jack, I hate to inform you (well not really) we are not going to use your company because of the terrible customer service you have provided and that you did not stand behind the verbal agreement we made. I would rather light my pants on fire then ever deal with you or your company again. Please note that you will receive payment of $71.99 for the trial cartridge within the next week; however, I am wanting to be removed from any call list, email list, mailing list, etc. that your company may have us on. Your company has a great track record at [redacted] according to the Revdex.com! Maybe you should consider working on this?? Just a thought.
