Every one in this company is us citizens and we do not work in mexico what kind of comment are that I talk with [redacted] in homedepot today and you havent talk to him if you read the contract it say in the same color that you provide they just match the color and the shine for me it was the same it the same price and in time we here working in the condo

Good morning I respond the next day a receive the first notice but ok we do a work for dennis hain and in the contract say to match the color that it have the color he give me in a quart gallon and we also check that day and a told the owners it was eggsheel and im said we go
around the house cheking for any detail we also have to clean thing that the other painter do at his time a also take the sample to home depot to double check yo ur free to call ( Dan fi*** ph- ###-###-#### home depot specialist you cant find him 6:am 2:pm thanks and about the job it was clean and we stay until they approved and he call me and I anwer the phone but a tell gim the same thing

Apparently someone is thinking of a different job.  This house was very clean as we were prepared to paint.  The painters did a good job in general but did not paint the Doors and Door Moldings in Semi-Gloss as we stated and which they were when the painting started.  We checked with Dan F[redacted] at Home Depot and he agreed that it should be Semi-Gloss as most houses are.  We have a contract that states all painting will be the same as originally on the walls and etc.  We discussed the problem with the foreman on the job and he said what they put on would be just fine!  Maybe in Mexico they paint houses like this but not in all the houses I have loaned and would be glad to point this out to these painters.  They were in such a hurry to leave Friday afternoon they left paint on some windows and on the tile.  We cleaned it up and they took the afternoon off.  We should not have paid for the job until it was right but we have never seen a paint job like this and I am in my 70's.  I have planed on going to small claims court but was hoping to put the job right and be done with it.  We discussed it at great length with the Foreman but he just would not fulfill the contract.  I have not used any names as requested but will have to in court....
