Positive - I was able to get a quick quote for repairs to be done at my property drivewayGood customer service, seemed dependableDays later, I agreed to move forward and it seemed like we were just about to set a date
Negative - Very little follow up done by ownerI practically had to contact him over and over again to try to get a start date with no real time frame (I have to plan in advance to be home)I got the impression that the company was no longer interested in moving forward with their services and quote since various attempts to reach him went straight into voicemailEven my wife attempted to call his number and the call was suddenly answered (she thought she called the wrong number)As soon as she said that the call was picked up, I tried myself and went into voicemail againThe last voicemail I left I just asked for a call back even after hours to get the project going, the call was made around 3+/- pm and the owner never called backI just figured he has larger projects worth more time
I would only recommend this company to someone if their project exceeds $1500, otherwise, you wont hear backCustomer service and a solid follow up and follow through needs to be part of any businessI hope the owner takes notice
My impression of this service can change with just one call to get the project I was quoted going once and for all
