The owners/agents of Xtreme PC, LLC do acknowledge the receipt of $as deposit for work specified on invoice 1555, enclosed in the complaintXtreme PC, LLC also acknowledges the time that has elapsed between the commencement of this contract
and pending completionMaterials nessesary have been purchased and received in their entirety and can be delivered to the customer upon requestThe scope of this work included conduit installation to be installed by the customer or contracted agent of the customer, This installation took some time to complete, and unfortunately was installed incorrectly which needed rectificationXtreme PC made the necessary modifications to allow for installation, as a courtesy to the customer, Due to this and other unforeseen circumstances, work was delayedXtreme PC agent Jesse J*** agrees talking to the customer around the time of September 2015, and indicated the intention to completeHowever there is no recollection of any further correspondence since that timeAt no time have the customers attempts to contact Xtreme PC or its agents been intentionally ignoredSince the receipt of this complaint, the customer has agreed to allow Xtreme PC, LLC to Complete the work as originally agreed and no longer requests a refundXtreme PC, LLC has agreed to a timeline of a few weeks to days for functional completeness of the outside storage area, allowing the customer the opportunity to add to or modify the installation as needed.Sincerely,Jesse J

Since the receipt of this complaint, the customer has agreed to allow Xtreme PC, LLC to Complete the work as originally agreed and no longer requests a refund.
