Revdex.com--In regards to the complaint that *** *** filed with you about a set of tires, I would like to begin with our company's policy Xtreme Performance offers to ourcustomers free tire storage for those who would like to switch out their tires with the change of seasons Upon doing this, our customers are asked to sign a "tire storage agreement" form...basically, like any other retailer would operate a lay-away programCopies are made, and the customer leaves with the original.Also, if the tires are 3/32nds of an inch tire depth or lower, they would be discarded due to being unsafe to use(Most brand new tires are 10/32nds of an inch).*** said several times that his tires were over years oldNow it's a year and a half later, and ** *** returns...generally, we see our "tire storage customers"every months as the weather changes with their STORAGE RECEIPT! *** could not provide us with one, nor did we have one filedCurrently, sets of tires are stored upstairs for customersWe had our employees look anyways...upstairs and throughout the whole shopNo said tires were foundOur manager had offered to find a good used set; ** *** kept insisting our insurance should buy a new setThat's not going to happen Bottom line, NO RECEIPT, NO TIRES

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I find Xtreme Performance response amazing and surprisingXtreme Performance is the only service company that has service my BMW since I purchased winter tires from there companyI did not go to xtreme performance to store my tires I purchased new ones from Xtreme who informed me they would be happy to store the tiresExtreme has ever record of service if my card and to state that they have not seen me in a year is a bold face lieThat have continued to service my card- no where was I informed that I was required to swap my tires every monthsThat should have been part of their service requirementSecond to be very clear I never said I expected new tires- xtreme offer was they would sell me new ones at a discountXtreme and the owner in these past two months has not reached out to me once- the only time I suggest the insurance was once I went to The Revdex.com I was no longer secure in the work they would do.I am utterly amazed that a company that does all my work acts as they have no record or have ever seen me before
