Review: Xtreme powersports advertised a 2012 Pro RMK 800 155" snowmobile for sale on [redacted] and on their website. I contacted them on 12/27/2013 and they said that they still had the 2012 Pro Rmk for sale. I met with [redacted] at Xtreme Powersports on 12/28/2013. He reiterated that this was a 2012 Pro model as they advertised and I purchased (paid in full) the snowmobile that day. I transported the snowmobile home and put it in my garage. I did not figure out that this snowmobile was a different model the [redacted] which is missing significant upgraded parts that the Pro version offers.I contacted [redacted] of xtreme powersports the morning of 1/3/2014 and told him that they sold me a cheaper/ different model then advertised. Mr. [redacted] apologized and said when his boss came in they would figure something out to "make it right". I called them back at 4:35 pm and was told by [redacted] that he did not mention it to his boss because he was in a "bad mood" and that he would give him a call hoping that "he should have a couple beers in him and will be in a better mood". Mr. [redacted] contacted me approximately 45 min later and said the only thing they would offer me was to bring it back for less than I paid them and only if I was willing to purchase one of their brand new (2014 model) [redacted] snowmobiles which would have cost me $4,000 to $5,000 more.Xtreme Powersports falsely advertised what product they had and tricked me into thinking it was a much more expensive model of snowmobile.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in exchange for this sled. The total cost with taxes was $8,769.75. The sled has not been ridden.
