The "response" is non responsive to the complaint and the situation. I was never told during phone scheduling or by the tech that furniture would not be moved or areas under furniture would not be cleaned. I had moved all other items except 2 out of the rooms to ensure a good cleaning. It was obvious that the love seat and the bed had been moved to the center of the room and if I had been told "I do not move furniture", I would have moved the 2 items to a cleaned place and put protectors under the legs myself. (No protectors were placed under the furniture that was cleaned around). I have never experienced this with any other company. When I called to complain (at least 3 complaint conversations) I was never told that they don't move furniture only that someone would be out to fix the problem today or tomorrow, but that never happened. Also the tech told me the price would be $134.00 after onsite evaluation before he started, then said $174.00 after he "finished".
