Review: Xtreme did not properly install my window tint, and has ignored all my requests to repair. They also did not show at a scheduled appointment.
On 5/7/14, I had Xtreme install tint on my personal vehicle. The install went well, most of the windows looked great and the employee was helpful. A few days later, after noticing bubbling on my back window, I noticed some of the tint was peeling off my back window. I mentioned this to Xtreme and figured I'd use a credit card to smooth it out. The fix was temporary, as the peeling returned and has not subsided. I contacted Xtreme on 5/10 and again on 5/15 to discuss the window. On 6/6 I had another appointment scheduled for another vehicle and also wanted Xtreme to fix the tint on my first car. The employee was texting me telling me he would be able to meet in the afternoon. Later in the day, I had not heard anything and I never heard anything back, no responses or calls. To this day, the employee is still ignoring me. Desired Settlement: I would like Xtreme to 1. Replace the tint on the back window and 2. Provide a refund to me for a faulty installation on the first vehicle and their poor customer service thereafter. This is a joke, you can't treat your customers this way.

Ya this customer did have my company tint his car and I do recall him mentioning something about the rear window that he said he was going to try fixing with a credit card then I never heard anything from him until he asked to have another car tinted and all my tinter were booked out in tooele and he was notified that we was trying to make it to do his second car With nothing being said about his first one still having problems the. He got a attitude with me and said forget the second car. He has never called me he only text messages and this is a business not a local texting company you can't text the gas station saying you want 10 gallons of gas or you can't text walmart saying you want milk if he would call the company like a grown up and state your problems issues would get handled

This response is unacceptable. He didn't mention why he was ignoring my texts, or his plan to either fix my window or send me a refund. The 'attitude' was me saying 'Cool so, I guess we'll forget about the other car. I will need you to at least fix the window on my Camry. When can you schedule that?' And not getting a response. If you want me to call, don't have text message conversation with your customer.
I want a refund, I don't want to deal with this business again. He's obviously defensive because he cannot explain his poor business practices.
