I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
When I said "what my husband wants he gets" I was talking about which [redacted] we were getting.  That comment had NOTHING to do with financing or what the loan would be for.  I was not told that the loan would be almost 160$ a month and it being taken out of my bank account every other week.  I was not given a copy of the agreement or the "Fine print".  Also I paid $300 cash and it was NOT reflected on my sales receipt.  When I typed my name in it was to agree to the first payment of $40 to come out of my account, nothing else was agreed upon. I was not even told what the name of the financial company that would be handling my financing.  I have attached a scan of the receipt I was given, no other paperwork was given to me except this and the title to the [redacted]. As for the issue with the bike being faulty, I was not with my husband when it happened and I know nothing about how [redacted]'s are put together so I was going on what he told me happened.  That the bike wouldn't turn and after he fell he found the bolt wasn't tightened. Where this bolt was supposed to be or how it effected the bike being unable to turn is something I can not explain because I am not a mechanic.

Here is the conversations having back and forth. We tried resolving the issue but haven't heard back from customer. We were told it was the handle bars in first message(written by [redacted]) now reading it is the tire im confused. The day [redacted] was here applying for the financing we were trying to explain...

They sold me a faulty bike that almost killed my husband. Won't help fix the problem and on top of it enrolled me in a lease I didn't agree to. The BBC and attorney general is getting calls first thing in the morning!!!!!! Don't buy even a bumper sticker from these horrible people!! Can't believe they are even in business.. probably only because people like me trusted they were legit! You put the bike together.. your fault! Don't worry the attorney general will be in touch and ill make sure your reported to the Revdex.com for bad business.Xtreme toyz Sorry about all the hassle and our "unprofessionalism", but understanding one another plays a big role in taking care of this situatiuon. You called and spoke to one of our associates and he told you to call during the week and still waiting on a call. That lease that you typed and okay'd that I tried explaining numerous times your answer was " what my husband wants he gets" I dont know what you mean by you didnt agree. When your ready to handle this give us a call thank you.

Sorry that the customer feels this way about the lease she decided to take upon, but in order for them to be taking payments out of her account is because she provided all the information needed for each deduction. We as a company do not do business in lies to make sales we are honest and upfront about every transaction. Maybe there was some sort of miscommunication when doing the lease but everything was explained, if [redacted] didn't email her the copy of agreement that isn't my fault but would just be resolved with a quick telephone call. I give a warranty with all the product I sell and [redacted] hasnt brought in the scooter for us to check it out.

Part and check have been sent to the customer and all issues have been resolved. The price of bike is not the same as the one on the website they are 2 different machines. Thanks
