Xtreme Tree Xperts

Review: Xtreme Tree Xperts came out gave estimate on Apr.6 for three trees. XTX began the job on the 7th, they were to be paidin draws of work done each day for a total of $2100.00. XTX worked on the 8th, they had mostly cut 2 trees down, and did not remove them. We came home on Apr.9 and they had not worked at our home but had began a job across the street. We have a large fenced backyard for our LARGE dogs. We've had to take down part of the fence where the other tree was. XTX finally came back and worked Apr.12,13 and 14, cut down the tree in the back yard and left it laying. I mean the whole tree is laying horizantly in my yard still. XTX gave us an astimate to cut and remove 3 trees, they have been paid in full.XTX's employees would ask to borrow money and claimed he'd only been paid $60, for the whole job. I cannot put my fence back because of the tree, they were paid to remove, not to mention the other 2 parts of trees on the other side of our home. We have contacted them several times about completing the job they were paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like XTX to refund my money, so we can hire a tree removal service that has equipment necessary for this work. Also I don't want them back at my home, as I don't feel that any of them are trustworthy, after our experience with XTX
