Our subscription was cancelled October 13, Our refund was $+ We were told refunds were issued once a month, at the end of the month It is now December 9, and no refund has been received
We have contacted the Daily World twice and have been told the matter will be looked into
(Shouldn't they call themselves the "Almost Daily World" since the paper is printed only days a week?)
